We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

2. 05/03/2025 20 Minute Endurance Row with Alex Karwoski
3. 04/28/2025 30 Minute R&B Walk with Marcel Dinken
4. 05/04/2025 45 Minute Classic Rock Ride with Jenn Sherman
5. 04/29/2025 20 Minute Arms & Shoulders with Olivia Amato
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Music Themed Ride
05/05/2025 45 Minute New Wave Ride with Christine D’Ercole
Christine has been on a bit of a break and a lot of Peloton community members were anxiously awaiting some new rides from her. Andrea Kirshenbaum recommended this ride, saying “I don’t think words could do it justice. I am SO excited that Christine is back. The playlist was amazing, but Christine’s words of inspiration were even better.” Christine always carefully chooses her playlist, and she always hits you right in the feels when you’re riding, and this ride is clearly no exception!
2. Favorite Row
05/03/2025 20 Minute Endurance Row with Alex Karwoski
Sarah Lester loved this ride! She said that Alex “focused in the class on what the word ‘best’ means and every song in this ride has the word ‘best’ in it. It isn’t just about working hard and training hard and becoming the best. This row looked at what best means from multiple angles.” And as if you’re not intrigued enough about Alex’s message, Sarah also said “you’ll have to listen to find out if Alex’s parents told him that he was the best of his four siblings.” I bet his siblings are anxious to hear the answer to that question as well!
3. Favorite Walk
04/28/2025 30 Minute R&B Walk with Marcel Dinkins
Melissa Johnson McCalla recommended this ride. She said it had “great music and Marcel’s vibe and energy make the class move along quickly. Overall Marcel is an excellent run instructor and is knowledgeable about running and walking techniques.” Marcel picked a sensual and soulful playlist for this walk that blends smooth R&B vocals with heartfelt lyrics and a touch of hip-hop flair. Definitely an enjoyable half hour!
4. Favorite Music Themed Ride (Take 2!)
05/04/2025 45 Minute Classic Rock Ride with Jenn Sherman
Music themed rides are great since you always know you’re going to love all of the songs – so naturally we have two music themed rides in our Top 5 this week. Nancy Nilsen nominated this ride, saying the class “had every classic including ‘Paradise by the Dashboard Lights” (which, by the way, Nancy pointed out has not been included on a playlist since 2019 – shame shame, Peloton!) This ride also had songs by Queen, Billy Joel, and, of course, one of Jenn’s all time favorites, Bruce Springsteen. Nancy said that this ride “knocked it out of the park,” and Katherine Kimes and Martin Steinberg also loved the great playlist and Jenn’s fantastic coaching!
5. Favorite Unstackable Strength Class
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
04/29/2025 20 Minute Arms & Shoulders with Olivia Amato
While everyone else was taking fun music-themed rides and runs and rows with deep musings, I was discovering that Olivia, while looking particularly sweet in her pastel outfit, managed to make my arms fall off even when I was using far lighter weights than normal. This class uses “only” light and medium dumbbells (and believe me, you’ll be happy if you err on the lighter side when selecting them). Olivia sneaks in a lot of pushups (you know, as a fun warmup!) before really blasting through the class with three rounds each of arnold presses, tricep push downs, and bicep curls – but wait, there’s more! How about some front raises, lateral raises, overhead presses, and wide grips! Oh, and you’re on your knees for pretty much everything, which means you can’t use your leg strength at all to help you. Twenty minutes of Olivia’s sneaky moves was more than enough time for my arms to morph into jello!
Thank you!
