Why you loved them!

The TCO Top 5 community came through this week with nominations that span multiple modalities and energy levels. Whether you’re hunting for high intensity, perfect programming, or a class that will leave you thoroughly challenged, these Peloton classes delivered. Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from this week.

1. Favorite Power Zone Endurance Ride

60-Minute Power Zone Endurance 80’s Ride from 4/11/26 with Sam Yo

“As usual, his playlist, programming and coaching were spot on. He called the ride ‘Legends Are Built Here,’ and he carried the theme throughout the ride. His enthusiasm made the whole ride, even with long zone 3 intervals, so enjoyable!”

— Sonya Norman

Sam delivered a masterclass in thematic coaching with this 60-minute power zone endurance Peloton ride. The “Legends Are Built Here” narrative thread kept energy high even through demanding zone 3 blocks, and his authentic enthusiasm made the entire experience feel purposeful. This is the kind of programming that reminds riders why power zone training works so well when paired with genuine coaching presence.

2. Favorite Strength Class

30-Minute Full Body Strength from 4/7/26 with Zacharias Niedzwiecki

“It was so good! Perfect amount of cardio mixed in and great playlist too. I don’t think he took a lot of breaks either which really gets me when instructors leave too much time in between sets. It was my first class with him and hope to see more!”

— Lena Kwon

This full body strength class struck the ideal balance between cardio integration and continuous movement. Zacharias kept the energy flowing with minimal rest between sets and a thoughtfully curated playlist that matched the workout’s intensity. For those who appreciate efficient, energizing strength work without unnecessary downtime, this class is a must-try.

3. Favorite High-Intensity Ride

Tco top 5 Benny

30-Minute Hardstyle EDM Ride from 4/10/26 with Benny Adami

“Awesome tempo, high intensity and a great playlist to get the pins moving. If you like a challenge Benny is your man.”

— Kevin Ramsay

“For me, the best class last week was Hardstyle EDM with Benny Adami. If I achieve a new personal best, it’s usually in these classes. This music pushes you to the limit, makes you forget everything around you. If you’re ready to feel that energy, join!”

— jessy__k__

Two community members couldn’t stop raving about this high-intensity Peloton ride, and for good reason. Benny’s signature intensity paired with Hardstyle EDM creates the perfect storm for PRs. The playlist doesn’t just accompany the workout, it fuels it, pushing riders to dig deeper and ride harder. This is the kind of class that separates the casual ride from the transformative one.

4. Favorite EMOM Strength

Tco top 5 Rebecca

30-Minute Justin Bieber Full Body from 4/2/26 with Rebecca Kennedy

“I am not a believer by any means but I’m a huge RK fan and this class was amazing. The entire class was made up of EMOMs and the moves were simple yet effective. She needs more classes with this format.”

— Jennifer Anderson

Rebecca Kennedy proved once again why she’s a master of class design with this Justin Bieber-themed class. Using EMOM (Every Minute On the Minute) format throughout kept the Peloton class structured and engaging, while the simplicity of the movements meant focus stayed on intensity rather than complexity. This is a format worth bookmarking and returning to.

5. The Unstackable: Favorite Strength Challenge

Sometimes we want a Peloton class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

Tco top 5 Adrian

30-Minute Glutes and Legs Strength from 11/22/24 with Adrian Williams

“This strength class from Adrian from way back in November 2024. It’s very lunge-heavy and definitely made me question my life choices, great class though!”

— Aveen Melling

Adrian’s lunge-heavy approach to glutes and legs training is no joke. This Peloton strength class will wake up muscles you didn’t know you had, and the delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS) that follows is a badge of honor. Sometimes the best classes are the ones that humble us, and this one delivers that experience in spades. Consider this your warning: this strength workout is a worthwhile challenge.

Thank you!

Thank you to all of our listeners for sharing your recommendations and enthusiasm. Keep the nominations coming, and maybe your favorite will make the TCO Top 5 next week!
