Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite Peloton classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Yoga
04/14/26 30-Minute Gute Nacht Yoga with Nico Sarani

“I loved Nico Sarani’s 30-minute Gute Nacht Yoga class from April 14. It starts with a 10-minute slow flow, then continues with ten minutes of yin yoga, and ends with a 10-minute meditation. I took this on Friday night after a very long day at work, and it was the perfect end to the week. Afterwards I felt relaxed and ready for bed. The class is in German but there should be subtitles (which you could just ignore during the meditation portion, close your eyes and take it as a ten-minute savasana).” — Sanna Rautiainen-Printezi
This is the debut class in Nico’s brand new signature series, and it sounds like it hits the mark beautifully. Gute Nacht Yoga (Good Night Yoga) is designed as a wind-down practice that blends slow flow, yin, and meditation into a single restorative session. Sanna’s tip about using the meditation segment as a long savasana is a clever workaround for non-German speakers who don’t want to read subtitles with their eyes closed. If sleep has been elusive lately, this one is worth a bookmark.
2. Favorite Walk
04/19/26 30-Minute Pop Walk with Rebecca Kennedy

“Favorite walk: 30 min Rebecca Kennedy Pop Walk from April 19th! I took this one in studio, the playlist was amazing (all the pop girlies), the energy from RK & studio was electric! Definitely recommend this one!! So much fun!!” — christinaakaay
There’s something special about taking a class live in studio, and it’s even better when the playlist delivers. RK brought “all the pop girlies” for this one, and the in-studio energy clearly made the whole thing electric. If you haven’t been able to book a studio class in person, this is one you can still experience on demand with the knowledge that the room was buzzing.
3. Favorite Run
04/19/26 30-Minute Endurance Run with Kirsten Ferguson

“Kirsten’s 30 min endurance run from yesterday was 🔥. The playlist was chef’s kiss as always & her message about all runners and walkers are welcome was perfection!” — meggie_p90
Kirsten continues to deliver on two fronts that matter most to the Peloton running community: her playlists and her messaging. That line about all runners and walkers being welcome is exactly the kind of inclusive framing that makes her classes feel like a safe place to show up regardless of pace. Whether you’re logging miles or walking for recovery, this one meets you where you are.
4. Favorite Program Class
4/17/26 Cross Training Program Week 1, Day 5: 45-Minute Ride with Emma Lovewell

“Emma’s x-training wk1 d/5 45 min ride, woah!! Hard as he*!!!!”* — Katie Luker Cherney
This one is part of Peloton’s brand new Live Spring Cross Training Program, which kicked off on April 13 with Emma Lovewell, Katie Wang, Alex Karwoski, Andy Speer, and Ally Love. The 4-week program runs five days a week with a mix of modalities, and the cardio classes are built around shorter intervals in the 30 to 90 second range to push VO2 max, speed, and cadence. Katie’s reaction says it all. If you’re looking to level up this spring and want a structured program to plug into, this class is a strong entry point into what Emma is bringing to the Cross Training lineup.
5. The Unstackable: Favorite 90s Ride
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
04/17/26 30-Minute 90s Class with Benny Adami

“The 90s Class with Benny Adami was an absolute blast! The music selection was top-notch, especially all the rock tracks. @benny.adami should definitely teach rock classes more often!!!! Everything is perfectly on point, he truly a musician. It’s no wonder he’s already known as ‘Mr. On Point’. His precise timing makes the training incredibly energetic and ensures that it’s truly enjoyable. Overall, it was a superb class that was simply a lot of fun 🔥” — jessy__K__
Benny has earned the “Mr. On Point” nickname honestly, and this 90s ride sounds like one of those classes where his musicality takes the workout from great to unforgettable. The rock-heavy selections within a 90s theme are a particularly fun pairing, and there’s clearly an appetite in the community for Benny to lean into rock more often. We’re deeming this one Unstackable because when Benny locks in on the beat with a playlist this good, you’re going to leave everything on the bike. Save the stack for tomorrow.
