Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite Peloton classes from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!
This week’s favorite Peloton classes:
- 3/23/25 30 minute Epic Sing-Along 2-for-1 Walk with Jenn Sherman and Kirsten Ferguson
- 3/23/25 30 minute Epic Sing-Along Ride with Jenn Sherman
- 9/19/24 10 minute Core Strength with Rad Lopez
- 11/12/24 30 minute Morning Mobility with Kirra Michel
- 3/23/25 120 minute Pop Run with Susie Chan
Why you loved them!
Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.
1. Favorite Walk
3/23/25 30 minute Epic Sing-Along 2-for-1 Walk with Jenn Sherman and Kirsten Ferguson
Jenn Sherman’s first time on the Tread was a huge hit in the TCO community, with this class being nominated multiple times. Nichole Berklas tells us, “Oh my gosh, I just took the sing along walk! Amazing!!!! My face hurt at the end I was smiling so hard the whole time. I am absolutely bookmarking this class and taking it again when I need a shot of pure joy.” Christina Ribiero (#LilPowerhouse) concurred, “Focus on their energy, words to one another, see the interactions in the studio and just have fun. It showed so much of what Peloton is. Even those who complain about instructors singing and dancing will love these “
2. Favorite Ride
3/23/25 30 minute Epic Sing-Along Ride with Jenn Sherman
Jenn was a busy lady this past Sunday. Not only did she bring her signature Epic Sing-Along to the Tread for a walk, but she also taught a 30 minute Epic Sing-Along ride with special studio guests Ash Pryor, Kirsten Ferguson, Callie Gullickson, and Hannah Frankson. The combination of the Ride and the Walk was a homerun for the community. Christina Ribiero says that, “these are two “must take” classes and totally stackables! Jenn’s Sing Aling is my fave of her series but to have her twice on the bike and tread with Kirsten was phenomenal. These classes are not hard and meant to take a break from everything even from your regular workouts.” Debra Mericantante Anzalone agrees, “Yes, I second JSS Singalong! Fun ride! Even my puppy Gumbeaux rode it with me!”
3. Favorite Core Strength
9/19/24 10 minute Core Strength with Rad Lopez
If you’re looking for a new favorite standing core workout that targets the obliques, this one is bound to impress. This recommendation comes to us from Mindy Jensen. Mindy says, “Rebecca is known for her standing core classes, but this one from Rad was so good. It’s simple: 4 rounds of 3 moves with a 50 second side bend finisher. Your obliques will definitely feel it the next day!” We are all for more standing core classes becoming available!
4. Favorite Mobility Class
11/12/24 30 minute Morning Mobility with Kirra Michel
Do you wake up feeling stiff and achy some mornings? If you’re of an…ahem…certain age, we’ll assume the answer to that question is yes. And, if that’s the case, this class might be just what you need to shake off that tightness. This recommendation comes from our very own #ClipOutCrystal. She says, “I felt tight all over and so I wanted a 30 min one – and this was PERFECT! It activated my entire body and Kirra gives great direction. She also has a very soothing voice so you don’t feel rushed during transitions and I appreciate that!” Honestly, that does sound pretty perfect!!
5. Favorite Unstackable
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
3/23/25 120 minute Pop Run with Susie Chan
If you’re thinking that a 120-minute run sure sounds Unstackable, you’d be correct. Susie’s 120-minute runs have made the Unstackable list before, and this one is no different. Oliver Long (#Oliver_Long) nominated this class, telling us “Class of the week has to be Susie’s 120 minute run live from London. 5 x 20 minute running intervals with short breaks in between, a punchy pop playlist and Susie’s easy coaching style made this a perfect class to get some serious miles in your legs and great for anyone with their eyes set on a spring distance race. Definitely not a class to stack. You might even describe it as….” We’ll finish that sentence for you, Oliver. Unstackable. In fact, we’ll just say it: Susie Chan’s 120-minute Pop Run from 3/23/2025 is the TCO Unstackable class of the week.
