Shift Chateau Run Club Partnership Spotlights Joslyn and Aditi
Shift Chateau Run Club Debuts a New Peloton Partnership
Peloton Studios London’s newest outdoor collaboration paired Joslyn Thompson Rule with a founding voice from The Shift.
The Shift Chateau Run Club brought Peloton Studios London back outside on Wednesday, July 8, pairing tread instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule with a new collaborator in The Shift, the media brand built around women reshaping business, culture, and impact.
The event, tied to Wimbeldon, has already wrapped, but it marked a fresh partner for PSL’s busy 2026 run club calendar. It also gave members a look at Peloton instructor Aditi Shah stepping into the London running scene alongside Joslyn.
Inside the Shift Chateau Run Club at PSL
Doors opened at 6pm at Peloton Studios London, 11 Floral Street in Covent Garden. Joslyn Thompson Rule led a pre-run warm up at 6:25pm before the group departed on a 5K route at 6:30pm.
Runners were asked to dress in white or a white piece of workout apparel, tying the Shift Chateau Run Club to the all-white tradition running through Wimbledon that same week.
The night closed with a mix and mingle back at the studio, complete with post-run refreshments and giveaways. Registration was free and open to members and non-members alike, consistent with how PSL has run every outdoor event so far this year.

The Shift Chateau’s Wimbledon Residency
The run club was one piece of a larger presence The Shift built at Wimbledon this year. The Shift Chateau marked the brand’s debut of what it describes as the first female-forward house at the tournament, featuring exclusive conversations and curated experiences centered on women in sports, health, impact, and leadership.
That residency included the inaugural Sports Shiftmakers Awards, which honored nine-time Wimbledon singles champion and breast cancer survivor Martina Navratilova as the Legacy Sports Shiftmaker and Olympic swimmer Yusra Mardini as the Impact Sports Shiftmaker. Wimbledon champion Taylor Townsend made a surprise appearance, and the ceremony was followed by a panel on women’s health featuring Navratilova alongside medical and wellness voices from The Shift’s community.

Aditi Shah’s Ties to The Shift
Aditi Shah, Peloton’s yoga, meditation, and Pilates instructor, is a founding member of The Shift. Her official bio with the Advertising Club of New York confirms she serves as Wellness and Beauty Editor-at-Large for the magazine, working in creative partnership with photography duo Inez and Vinoodh.
The same bio lists her as a Managing Director at Startup Girl Foundation, the nonprofit venture fund that also connected her to Harvard’s Women’s Forum earlier this year.
That editorial role is what brought Shah into the Shift Chateau Run Club, giving the event a second instructor voice beyond Joslyn. It also ties Peloton’s outdoor programming directly to a media brand built around women’s leadership.
As part of the Chateau Run Club crossover, Aditi also led a yoga session and spoke on a panel.
A Growing List of PSL Run Club Partnerships
The Shift Chateau Run Club extends a pattern Peloton Studios London has built all year. Aditi Shah previously hosted the APIHM Run Club in New York alongside nonprofit Heart of Dinner. PSL itself hosted a Black Girls Do Run UK community run in March, a St. Patrick’s Day run club with Joslyn and Erik Jäger, and a Women’s History Month run also led by Joslyn.
PSL’s next outdoor date has not yet been announced, though Peloton Studios New York returns to the streets on July 15 with Selena Samuela. For London members, the Shift Chateau Run Club offers a preview of how Peloton may keep expanding its run club roster into media and lifestyle brands built around community.
