Chicago-Area Event Details

Join Ross on January 23 at 6 PM for an in-person event at Anderson’s Bookshop in Downers Grove, IL. The event will include an author presentation followed by a Q&A session as well as an opportunity to take a photo with Ross and get him to sign your book. For this event, pre-registration is required due to limited space, so purchase your tickets now if you plan to attend.

Turning Inward

Turning Inward is an insightful exploration of mindfulness and its powerful effects on our bodies, minds, and lives. Ross explains how mindfulness can be used to increase self-awareness, build resilience, improve concentration, reduce stress, and enhance creativity. As a bonus, the book includes practical exercises to help readers get started with mindfulness practice.

The event at Anderson’s Bookshop in Downers Grove is one of several stops on Ross’s book tour. Other stops will include Los Angeles, London, and Dallas, and we’ll pass along the details as we receive them.
