Road Ahead Watch Party Celebrates PSL Members Nov. 22
According to the official Peloton event page, the Road Ahead Watch Party is part of Peloton’s Gratitude Season, the same member appreciation theme behind the Gratitude Season Wrap Party at Peloton Studios New York on November 12. Space is limited, and spots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Documentary at the Center of the Road Ahead Watch Party
The Road Ahead is a Peloton documentary directed by Jacob Melling. Its poster names Peloton Member Noah Rees as the film’s subject. The screening opens the Road Ahead Watch Party program at 4 p.m., right after a short welcome.
Meet Peloton Member Noah Rees
Noah Rees is an East Sussex parasport athlete and a former county-level rugby player and track athlete. In 2019, a 30-foot fall left him with severe traumatic brain injuries and strokes. He approached his recovery with the same work ethic he brought to competition.
Seven years later, Noah is a national-level para-athlete. He holds an English Championships bronze medal in the 100m Frame Running event, competes in seated throws, and races as a classified British Cycling tricycle rider. His goal is to represent Team GB at the Paralympics.
Sam Yo Hosts the Road Ahead Watch Party Fireside Chat
After the screening, Peloton Instructor Sam Yo sits down with Noah for a fireside chat and Q&A at 4:20 p.m. Sam’s background includes time as a Buddhist monk, more than 20 years in entertainment, and 15 years in fitness. Members know him for classes that move between calm centering and unexpected fire.
Sam shares his monastic training and practical mindfulness tools in his memoir, The Monk’s Mindset: Finding Stillness in a World That Won’t Stop Moving. The Clip Out covered the book’s launch fireside chat at Peloton Studios New York earlier this year.
