Ally Love Extends Her Strength Program With a New Class Every Month

The (Re)Build series is the newest strength lineup from Ally Love, and the first class is On Demand now. The class is titled “20 min (Re)Build Full Body Strength” and dropped On Demand on Monday, October 19 at 10 AM ET (3 PM BST).

Peloton describes the new series as full-body sessions that expand on Ally’s original program. The series is built for members who want to reconnect with their goals and stay committed to their progress after finishing the program.

How the (Re)Build Program Got Started

Ally introduced the original program in February 2026, after returning from maternity leave. The Clip Out first reported the announcement and then took a closer look in Inside Ally Love’s (Re)Build Program. That article covered the structure she calls her signature 7, 20, 3: seven days a week, 20-minute classes, and a three-week progression.

The program card in the Peloton app lists one week, nine classes, and sessions running 5 to 20 minutes. The program is anchored in strength, with cycling and Pilates mixed in, and it focuses on form and load progression. Peloton encourages members to repeat the week and track their progress, and the three-week progression comes from those repeats.

Ally Love on What Comes Next

In an Instagram reel announcing the new classes, Ally spoke directly to members who completed the program. “You crushed 3 weeks of strength training, and by the time you finished the program, you’ve gotten more strength, balance, and structure into your fitness routine,” she said. Then she asked the question many members were already thinking: “What’s next?”

Her answer is the (Re)Build series, which she calls an extension of the (Re)Build program. Ally opens the reel by pointing out that people talk a lot about starting over, then says it is time to shift the narrative. The series is not a fresh start. It builds on the foundation members already have.

What to Expect From the (Re)Build Series

Each class is a 20-minute Full Body Strength session, and the first one is rated Intermediate. In the reel, Ally explains that the classes focus on functional movement patterns that level up in progression. She says the goal is to reignite your energy and keep the momentum going.

Clips in the reel show Ally on a mat with dumbbells. She moves through bent-over rows, core work on the floor, and dynamic lower-body moves. That mix carries over the original program’s emphasis on form and steady load progression into a single 20-minute class.

Monthly Class Schedule and Release Dates

(Re)Build series class schedule showing October 19, November 16, and December 14 releases

Three classes are on the calendar so far, one per month. Each one carries the same class title and releases On Demand on a Monday at 10 AM ET. After the October 19 premiere, new classes arrive on November 16 and December 14 at 10 AM ET (3 PM GMT).

What Makes This (Re)Build Series Stand Out

Most Peloton programs have a finish line. This series gives members who completed Ally’s program a recurring next step, with a new class every four weeks. That pace fits into routines that already include Tread, Row, Yoga, Pilates, or other strength work, and nobody has to restart from day one.

The timing also lands in a busy stretch for Ally, who received the Changemaker Champion Award at the YWCA Gala this month. For members who took the program earlier this year, the first (Re)Build series class is a natural place to pick back up.

Will you be adding the (Re)Build series to your strength routine?
