Marcel Dinkins’ Progressive Method trackers are now being shared on Peloton’s public Race Training Team, where more than 8,000 members gather to swap progress updates ahead of race season. The four-week set includes a tracker for each training week plus an accessory strength workout, giving members a printable way to follow the Marcel Dinkins running program outside the app.

The team has become Peloton’s go-to hub for race training content, run by Peloton alongside instructors Matt Wilpers and Marcel Dinkins. Instructor Susie Chan recently used the team to introduce the new Outdoor Run Club Series, a weekly on-demand series delivering personalized outdoor runs built around pace and recovery, with new classes dropping Mondays and Saturdays. For members training toward a race or building a running habit, it is a team worth joining just to keep up with what is posted there.

Dinkins also flagged them on her own Instagram, pointing to a growing Programs highlight on her profile where she plans to keep resources organized going forward. Until that highlight is fully built out, the fastest way to reach the full set is through the shared drive link circulating among her running community.

What’s Inside the Progressive Method Trackers

Each weekly tracker follows the same layout: a checklist of that week’s Tread sessions, space to log distance and minutes run, and a running weekly total. Week 1 opens with a 30-minute walk-run session and closes with a 45-minute progression run, while Week 4 builds up to a 75-minute progression run, reflecting the plan’s steady, incremental structure. A separate accessory strength workout rounds out the packet, covering ankle mobility, single-leg strength, and plyometric work with a full equipment list. Together, the Progressive Method trackers cover all four weeks of training in one place.

The full set of Progressive Method trackers is available now through this shared Google Drive folder. Because it is a community-shared link rather than an official Peloton or Marcel Dinkins channel, availability could shift, so members who want a permanent copy should download the files soon. For background on the program itself, The Clip Out’s earlier coverage of the Progressive Method launch has the full rundown of what the four-week plan covers.
