Enhanced Running Experience with Focus Flow for Runners

We’re right in the middle of marathon season, and that makes it a perfect time for a little cross-training.  Peloton’s Focus Flow for Runners features two new classes this week. Starting April 9th at 10 am, these 10- and 15-minute sessions led by Mariana Fernandez and Denis Morton are tailored yoga routines specifically designed to accompany your runs.
