Peloton just leveled up its game—again. Say hello to Peloton’s Kettlebell Classes, the brand-new addition to the Peloton platform in Strength classes AND the Strength+ App. Whether you’re a kettlebell veteran or you’re holding one for the first time, these classes are designed to get you stronger, leaner, and feeling like a total boss.

But first, what even is a kettlebell? And why does everyone seem obsessed with it? Don’t worry, we’ve got answers.

What’s a Kettlebell?

A kettlebell is a weight shaped like a cannonball with a handle on top. Sounds basic? Maybe. But don’t be fooled—this little piece of equipment is a powerhouse. Kettlebells are incredibly versatile and can be used for exercises that combine strength, endurance, and cardio all in one workout. Think of it as the Swiss Army knife of gym equipment.

Moves like swings, cleans, presses, and snatches can work multiple muscle groups in a single motion. And the result? More strength, better balance, improved flexibility, and a supercharged metabolism.

Peloton’s Kettlebell Classes are led by an A-list lineup of certified instructors who know how to bring the heat. Here’s who will be guiding you through every swing, press, and clean:

  • Andy Speer – Known for his consistency programming, Andy is here to help you crush those kettlebell sessions.

  • Logan Aldridge – Leading by example to prove what our bodies can do.
  • Jermaine Johnson – That smile and sunny disposition (and a few dance moves) will help you get motivated.
  • Guest Instructor Dre Mayes – Former football pro turned certified personal trainer. Dre’s no-nonsense coaching style will push you to your limits and leave you wanting more. He will bring his expert kettlebell training to Peloton in a dynamic partnership!

Go to Collections in Peloton to get started!

Jumping into Peloton’s kettlebell classes is easy. All you need is a kettlebell (start light if you’re new) and your favorite Peloton device or app. Search “kettlebell” in the workout library, or go to the Collection, and get ready to swing into action! Strength+ app users, you can enjoy a customized program created by Guest Instructor Dre Mayes, former D1 football athlete and certified personal trainer!
