Peloton Strength Class Teams Up Tunde Oyeneyin and Adrian Williams for a Full Body 2-for-1

Last Updated: April 22, 2026By

Peloton is turning Thursday’s live 2-for-1 Peloton strength class into something more than just a workout. On April 23 at 6PM ET, Tunde Oyeneyin and Adrian Williams will co-lead a 30-minute Full Body Strength session — and while members train, the two will share stories from behind the scenes of the Hudson Williams Let Yourself Go shoot. It is a rare combination of serious training and genuine backstage access, packaged into a single class.

Two Instructors, One Campaign

Tunde and Adrian both played a role in Peloton’s 2026 Let Yourself Go campaign, which launched on April 14 and quickly became one of the brand’s most talked-about marketing efforts in years. The ad, directed by Bethany Vargas and set to David Bowie’s “Fame,” featured Heated Rivalry actor Hudson Williams moving through a full range of Peloton-powered training — treadmill runs, strength work, and floor-based movement — framed as an act of personal freedom rather than obligation. Tunde appeared in person alongside Williams in that film. Adrian appeared on screen.

The campaign was built around the idea that movement, at its best, is joyful and kinetic. As Peloton CMO Megan Imbres put it when the campaign launched, the goal was to remind the world that working out with Peloton is about finding “a sense of personal joy that is entirely unique to Peloton.” The expanded rollout that followed the hero film made clear this was not a single ad spot, it was the opening chapter of a larger brand platform. Tunde and Adrian are now extending that platform directly into the member experience.

What to Expect From the Live Peloton Strength Class

The April 23 class is billed as Full Body Strength, which puts both instructors in familiar territory. Adrian has built a reputation around targeted lower-body programming. His “Glutes & Legs” program is a go-to resource for members focused on building lower-body power. Tunde’s strength work is anchored by her widely followed “Arms with Tunde” program.

That natural split is already something members create for themselves. Stacking Tunde’s upper-body sessions with Adrian’s leg and glute classes is a well-established approach in the Peloton community for building a balanced strength routine without overlap. A co-taught Full Body Strength class pulls that combination into a single session.

The storytelling element adds another layer. Getting firsthand accounts of what it was like to film alongside Hudson Williams, and to be part of a campaign that has generated viral traction beyond the fitness world, is the kind of access that makes a live class feel like an event. Heated Rivalry fans and Members who have followed the Let Yourself Go rollout closely will have plenty of context to appreciate what Tunde and Adrian share.

The Importance of the Timing

The April 23 class lands less than two weeks after the Let Yourself Go campaign debuted, while the conversation around it is still active. This class keeps that momentum going without requiring a new campaign asset.

It also reinforces one of the clearest signals in Peloton’s 2026 direction: strength is central, not supplemental. Putting Adrian and Tunde on screen together for a live co-taught class makes that priority visible in a way that programming calendars alone do not.

The Peloton strength class airs Thursday, April 23 at 6PM ET. Members can find it on demand in the Strength category on the Peloton platform after the class has aired.
