As we get ready to ring in the new year, Peloton is ramping up the celebration with a variety of classes that are guaranteed to get you celebrating in sweat. Whether you’re looking to start your resolution early or just want to burn off some of that post-holiday energy, Peloton has something for everyone. Here’s a breakdown of the new year’s classes on the schedule this year:
New Year’s Eve Classes to Get Your Blood Pumping
On New Year’s Eve, Peloton is offering six classes to help you close out the year in style. From a 20 minute Upper Body Strength class to a 30 minute At The Club walk (appearing twice on the schedule), there’s something for every type of workout enthusiast. The Nochevieja (New Years Eve) Ride with Camilla is sure to be a hit, and the always-anticipated 30 minute Jess King Experience Ride is a can’t-miss event.
New Year’s Day Classes to Start the Year Off Right
What better way to start the new year than with a little bit of movement? Whether you’re looking for another round of the Jess King Experience Ride (or are taking it for the first time, depending on your time zone) or want to ease into the year with a New Year’s Day Recovery Ride led by Sam Yo (always a must-take!!), Peloton has got you covered. Other classes offered on New Year’s Day include a 30 minute New Year’s Day Run, a 20 minute New Year’s Day Row, and even a New Year’s Day Ride with Christine D’Ercole.
Are You In?
With this stellar (and expansive) lineup of classes, there are opportunities for everyone on the schedule this weekend. So, are you in? Which classes will you be taking? Note, the studio remains closed to live classes this week and all scheduled New Year’s classes are a mix of encore and premiere.
