Peloton Prenatal Pilates Debuts With Anna Greenberg
Peloton Prenatal Pilates Launches With 5 New Classes
Anna Greenberg, currently expecting her second child, leads Peloton’s first dedicated Pilates series built for pregnancy.
Peloton is expanding its pregnancy programming with a new class type. On July 20, the platform debuts Peloton Prenatal Pilates, its first dedicated Pilates series built specifically for expecting members, with all five classes led by instructor Anna Greenberg.

The launch carries a personal note. Anna is currently expecting her second child, due on December 1, 2026 (according to her recent Instagram “Ask Me Anything”). She’s no stranger to pregnancy content on Peloton, but her range as an instructor spans well beyond this programming. From the latest deep core focus added to her Yoga + Pilates classes, to her meditation and special Program content, Anna is a natural fit to guide members through this work.
What’s Included in Peloton Prenatal Pilates
The series drops On Demand at 10am ET on July 20 with five classes:
- a 10 minute Prenatal Basics class focused on core and pelvis,
- a 10 minute Prenatal Basics class focused on glutes and pelvis,
- a 10 minute Prenatal Pilates class,
- a 20 minute Prenatal Pilates class, and
- a 30 minute Prenatal Pilates class.
The range gives members options for quick sessions or longer workouts depending on where they are in pregnancy and how much time they have that day.
Where to Find the New Classes
All five classes will be added to Anna’s Prenatal & Postnatal Collection, in a new “Prenatal Pilates” section placed at the top of the collection. That puts the new classes alongside Greenberg’s existing prenatal yoga and meditation content, which is organized by trimester.

Peloton Prenatal Pilates Builds on a Growing Category
The platform has steadily built out its pregnancy and postpartum programming over the past several years, and Peloton Prenatal Pilates is the latest addition to a library that continues to grow (pun intended!). That history includes the Strong as a Mother Collection which includes classes with Robin Arzon, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, and Kristin McGee, (plus Anna’s), as well as Assal Arian and Mayla Wedekind’s German-language prenatal and postnatal classes.
The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists notes that modified Pilates is considered a safe activity for most pregnancies, and has pointed to benefits in flexibility, muscle strength, and relaxation techniques that can support labor and delivery. Members interested in adding Prenatal Pilates to their routine should still check with their own healthcare provider before starting or changing any exercise program during pregnancy.

Fans of Anna have noticed that she’s been dropping some hints about this new programming as of late, and now that it’s here, we are thrilled for her. Anna’s Prenatal Pilates series adds a fourth pillar to Peloton’s pregnancy content and gives members a more complete picture of how to stay active through each trimester.
