Peloton Outdoor Mindful Walks added two new classes this week, giving members fresh outdoor audio content built around breath and pacing rather than performance metrics. A 20-minute Mindful Walk with Jess King and a 30-minute German-language Mindful Walk with Mayla Wedekind both go live On Demand Wednesday, July 29, at 12:00 AM ET and 5:00 AM BST.

Peloton Outdoor Mindful Walks Grows to 9 Classes

The two new sessions bring Peloton Outdoor Mindful Walks collection to nine total classes. Past contributors include Kirsten Ferguson, Mariana Fernández, Jon Hosking, and Olivia Amato, whose 20-minute World Mental Health Mindful Walk tied the format to that observance last October. Runtimes across the collection range from 20 to 45 minutes, giving members flexibility depending on how much time they have.

Peloton frames the format as pairing physical movement with meditative focus, aimed at helping members quiet their thinking and step away from a walk feeling settled rather than drained. The Mindful Walk classes sit within Peloton’s Walking category, separate from its run and cycling programming, and are accessible through the Peloton App as well as connected equipment. Fernández has spoken about that same balance of movement and reflection in a recent podcast appearance, where she discussed how recovery and mindset carry as much weight for her as the workout itself.

Both new Peloton Outdoor Mindful Walks also count toward the Peloton Great Outdoor Challenge, which runs through August 31 and tracks any outdoor walk or run day toward Bronze, Silver, and Gold badges.

The Peloton Outdoor Mindful Walks collection continues to expand at a steady pace, and this week’s additions suggest Peloton plans to keep building out the format for members who want a lower-impact way to close out a training week.
