Peloton Offer Match Launches for Holiday 2026 Orders

Peloton will match a better offer on eligible equipment purchases made November 1 to November 11, with requests due by November 30.

The Peloton Offer Match gives early holiday shoppers a way to buy equipment now without worrying about missing a better price later. Between November 1 and November 11, 2026, Peloton will match a better offer on the same product for eligible orders placed directly with the company.

How the Peloton Offer Match Works

The Peloton Offer Match applies to orders for the Peloton Bike, Bike+, Tread Flex, Tread Vision, Tread+ Vision, Row+, and Refurbished Bike. A buyer must place the order directly from Peloton, either at a Peloton Store, through Peloton Consumer Sales, or on onepeloton.com. Peloton calls each of these an Eligible Purchase Location. If a better offer on the same product appears at one of those locations after the purchase, the buyer can request an Offer Match and receive the better offer. Proof of purchase is required for price adjustments.

Two dates you need to know:

1. Orders must be placed between November 1 and November 11, 2026.
2. Offer Match requests must reach Peloton no later than November 30, 2026, which gives buyers time after the purchase window closes to watch for a better offer.

How to Request a Peloton Offer Match

Requests go through Member Support, and the support page includes a link for submitting one. Buyers who already requested an Offer Match and then see an even better offer on the Peloton website can reach out again. The FAQ answers that question with a single word: yes.

Orders, Home Trials, and Corporate Wellness

The FAQ covers several common situations. An order that has not yet been delivered is eligible, and the buyer does not need to cancel it and place a new one. Buyers within the 30-Day Home Trial do not need to return and replace their equipment to qualify.

A buyer who ordered before November 11 with a different promotion can still request a Peloton Offer Match if they see a better offer on the same product at an Eligible Purchase Location.

Corporate Wellness purchases are covered too. A buyer who used a Corporate Wellness offer between November 1 and November 11 and sees a better Peloton offer between November 12 and November 30 is eligible for an Offer Match.

Purchases That Do Not Qualify

The Peloton Offer Match applies only to purchases made directly through Peloton. Orders placed before November 1 or after November 11, 2026 do not qualify. Purchases made through a third party retailer, an authorized reseller, or a secondhand source are also excluded, along with Peloton Rental purchases.

Several offer types fall outside the program, including promotions tied to financing terms and offers on the Peloton App and All Access Membership. Accessories purchased a la carte, independent of a Bike, Bike+, Tread Flex, Tread Vision, Tread+ Vision, or Row+, do not qualify, and that includes accessory bundles. Apparel purchased on apparel.onepeloton.com is excluded as well.

Buyers who order before November 11 should keep their proof of purchase, since it is required for any price adjustment, and watch Peloton’s website and Showrooms for a better offer on the same product until the November 30 request deadline under the Peloton Offer Match.
