Peloton Multilingual Programs: JJ’s 4 Day Split and Call Yourself a Runner Now in German and Spanish
Peloton multilingual programs just expanded with two strong additions. Jermaine Johnson’s 4 Day Intermediate Split and Call Yourself a Runner are now available in both German and Spanish, giving members who train in either language two more fully structured options to choose from.
The two additions cover both strength training and running, making them among the most well-rounded Peloton multilingual programs to land in the library at the same time.
Peloton Multilingual Programs Add JJ’s 4 Day Intermediate Split in German and Spanish

Jermaine Johnson’s 4 Day Intermediate Split is a one-week strength program built around targeted, muscle-group-specific training. The program runs four 30-minute classes, designed to be repeated week over week so members can build real, measurable strength over time. Each session focuses on a specific muscle group, with recovery built into the structure so each area has time to rebuild before being challenged again.
The program sits in the middle of JJ’s split training lineup, offering more volume than a 3-day structure without the full commitment of five days per week. As one of the more practical Peloton multilingual programs to join the library, it brings a format that has already earned a strong following among English-speaking members to a wider global audience. Members who want more detail on how it is structured can find our full breakdown of Jermaine Johnson’s 4 Day Intermediate Split here. If you are actively working through it, our free tracker tool makes it easy to log weights and reps each week.

Both the German and Spanish versions are now live on the Peloton platform.
Call Yourself a Runner Joins Peloton Multilingual Programs in German and Spanish

Call Yourself a Runner is led by Joslyn Thompson Rule, Andy Speer, Katie Wang and Kirsten Ferguson. It is a three-week running program built specifically for members who are new to running or returning after time away. The program includes 13 classes ranging from 5 to 45 minutes, using Walk to Run intervals that gradually increase run time across the three weeks. Members complete three classes per week while building both confidence and endurance in a structured, repeatable format.
As one of Peloton’s most beginner-friendly running programs, Call Yourself a Runner is a natural fit for the Peloton multilingual programs library. Members who have been waiting for a structured running starting point in German or Spanish now have exactly that.

Both the German and Spanish versions are now live on the Peloton platform.
Peloton Multilingual Programs Continue to Grow
These two additions are part of a broader pattern. Peloton has been steadily building out its German and Spanish content library across multiple formats, and structured programs are an increasingly important part of that effort. Several other English-original programs have already been localized, including Andy’s 5 Day Advanced Split in German and Spanish, Arms with Tunde in Spanish, Beginner Pilates in German, Road to Half Marathon in German, Set the Barre in German, and Callie’s 3 Day Intermediate Split in German, among others.
It is worth noting that Peloton multilingual programs go beyond translation. The platform also has a growing library of programs created natively in German by German-speaking instructors, with no English version, a thread we will be covering separately.
Both new programs are available now in the Peloton app. You can find these programs and others here.
