Peloton members running the TCS New York City Marathon on November 1 have until Wednesday, October 7, to share their Leaderboard name

Send in your Peloton leaderboard name by Wednesday, October 7. If you have a bib for November 1, one quick form puts your name in front of Peloton before race weekend.

Peloton shared the request in a graphic built around one question: running NYC this year? Members who answer yes are asked to send in the name they use on the platform through a dedicated submission link.

How to Submit Your Peloton Leaderboard Name

The submission page is live now. The graphic directs runners to tap Add Your Leaderboard Name and enter their details before the Wednesday deadline.

• Who can submit: Peloton members running this year’s race
• What to send: Your Leaderboard name
• Deadline: Wednesday, October 7
• Race day: Sunday, November 1

Before you submit, double-check the spelling of your Peloton leaderboard name, since it is the same handle that follows you across Tread runs, Outdoor runs, Strength, Yoga, and every other class on the platform. How Peloton Used Leaderboard Names at the Boston Marathon

Peloton ran a similar call earlier this year. Through an Instagram story, it asked members running the 2026 Boston Marathon to submit their Leaderboard names by March 11.

Those names were compiled and featured on a display wrapping the John Hancock tower in Boston’s Back Bay, one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks and a short distance from the finish line. The Peloton Boston Marathon activation put member names in view of runners and spectators on race weekend.

Peloton has not said whether the New York names will be used the same way. The request follows the same format, though, so Boston offers a reasonable preview of what members might see.

Peloton Plans Around the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon

The 2026 TCS New York City Marathon runs Sunday, November 1, covering 26.2 miles across all five boroughs. The Leaderboard name request is one of several member-focused efforts Peloton has rolled out ahead of the race.

Peloton is also looking for three members running the race to feature on its social channels. Its marathon event calendar includes a Peloton x NYRR Shakeout Run on October 30, a Cheer Zone in Greenpoint on race day, and Medal Monday at Peloton Studios New York on November 2.

Members will have company from the instructor roster, too. Ash Pryor, Matt Wilpers, Mariana Fernandez, and Hannah Frankson have announced entries in this year’s race.

Send Your Peloton Leaderboard Name Before Wednesday

The deadline arrives nearly four weeks before race day, ahead of the taper and travel logistics that fill the final stretch. Sending your name now takes one item off the list while there is still time to handle it.

For members who built their training around Tread runs, Outdoor runs, and Strength work, the request is a simple way to be counted among the Peloton runners lining up on Staten Island. Submit your Peloton leaderboard name by Wednesday, October 7, and watch Peloton’s channels as November 1 approaches.
