Update: Despite turning in his very best efforts, Alex finished off the podium and did not make the cut for the 2024 Paris team at this event.  The full 2024 US Rowing Team that will compete in Paris this summer will be announced in early June.

As the US Olympic and Paralympic Trials kick off in Sarasota, the anticipation and enthusiasm among athletes and fans are palpable. Known for his dedication to rowing and his inspiring coaching style, Alex brings a unique blend of experience and passion to the trials. We’ve loved watching his journey to this point, which has included a second place finish at the prestigious Head of the Charles Regatta. Alex will be competing in the finals this Sunday, with some ground to make up after his last-place finish Thursday and a whole lot of fans rooting for him!
