Peloton Commercial Series Launches This Fall

Peloton Commercial Series Launches This Fall, Execs Confirm

Peloton Commercial Series: Bike and Tread Coming This Fall

Executives detailed pricing and fall timing for the gym bike and treadmill on Peloton’s Q4 earnings call, building on plans first announced earlier this year.

Peloton confirmed new details about the Peloton Commercial Series on the company’s Q4 FY2026 earnings call, telling investors the commercial bike and treadmill are on track to launch this fall. The update, delivered alongside Peloton’s full year financial results on August 6, builds on plans the company first outlined earlier this year.

Peloton Commercial Series Timeline Comes Into Focus

CEO Peter Stern told analysts the Peloton Commercial Series is on track for a fall launch, expanding the company’s reach into gyms beyond what Precor already covers. Stern said pricing on the machines has just been finalized and that Peloton has not yet named which gyms it will partner with, though he described “plenty of interest” from operators. “We’re having lots of conversations, but we’re not actually making sales yet,” Stern said, according to CNBC.

The Peloton Commercial Series was originally introduced at the HFA Show in March 2026, where Peloton and Precor showed early hardware. The product line made its international debut at FIBO 2026 in Cologne the following month. On the Q3 FY26 earnings call in May, executives said the equipment would reach gym operators by the second quarter of fiscal 2027, a target that still stands. The August 6th call adds the fall launch window as the point when the hardware itself becomes available, ahead of that broader operator rollout.

Why Peloton Is Building a Commercial Line

Peloton’s press release lists Commercial Business Unit revenue growth as a highlight of fiscal 2026, noting the unit, which includes Precor, grew double digits year over year. The company has not broken out commercial revenue as a dollar figure or margin rate in the release itself. That growth is the backdrop executives pointed to when discussing the Peloton Commercial Series on the Earnings Call, and it follows the unit’s continued footprint across Precor‘s more than 60 countries.

The company has also been staffing up around this push. Peloton posted a listing for a Commercial Product Manager role in July, tasked with building software specifically for gyms and clubs, work that sits directly behind the Peloton Commercial Series ahead of its wider rollout.

Full Year Results Provide the Backdrop

The Peloton Commercial Series update landed alongside Peloton’s fiscal 2026 results, which showed the company’s first full year of GAAP net income at 63 million dollars and adjusted EBITDA of 468 million dollars, up 16 percent year over year. Full year revenue reached 2.446 billion dollars, and free cash flow rose to 378 million dollars. Ending paid Connected Fitness subscriptions fell to 2.553 million, down 8.8 percent year over year, a decline the company has attributed in part to price increases implemented last fall.

For fiscal 2027, Peloton guided to revenue of 2.3 to 2.4 billion dollars, a projected decline at the midpoint as those price increases lap prior year comparisons, alongside continued growth in adjusted EBITDA and free cash flow.

What Still Isn’t Confirmed

Peloton has not disclosed pricing for the Peloton Commercial Series, named any launch partners, or detailed how the Peloton-branded line will be positioned in buildings that already run Precor equipment. Those specifics are likely to surface closer to the fall launch and again as the broader Q2 fiscal 2027 operator rollout approaches.
