Peloton becomes the race’s official Cross Training partner, with more training details expected ahead of October 11.

Oxford Half Marathon Training

Peloton is joining the start line as the official Cross Training Equipment Partner of the 2026 Oxford Half Marathon, bringing structured training support to members preparing for the October 11 race. The partnership pairs Peloton hardware and coaching with one of the UK’s longest-running autumn races, giving members a direct path from training plan to finish line.

Since debuting in 2011, the Oxford Half Marathon has built a reputation as a fast, flat 13.1-mile route through the city center. This year Peloton becomes the race’s dedicated cross training partner, with the campaign now live on Peloton’s UK site. Members who sign up to receive Peloton marketing emails through the campaign page are also entered into a prize draw for a Cross Training Tread, though entry is not required to take part in any of the training offerings.

Road to Half Program Builds Runners Toward Race Day

Peloton’s Oxford Half Marathon campaign describes the Road to Half program as “custom-built training and strength classes” leading up to race day. That description does not match the program as it currently exists for members already enrolled. Road to Half is presented in the app as a set of structured outdoor running classes, with no strength component and no individualized customization. It is unclear whether Peloton is describing an update not yet visible to current participants or simply using promotional language that overstates what the program offers today.

More Details Expected Ahead of Race Day

Peloton has not yet detailed what the promised strength component will include or when it will roll out, only that more information is coming. Members can track dates and registration for related in-person sessions on the Peloton Run Club page as they’re confirmed. With two months still separating now from race day, there is time for that detail to arrive before the Oxford Half Marathon field takes off from the city center on October 11.
