Get Ready for Four New Split Strength Programs!

Mark your calendars! On January 25th, four brand-new split programs are landing—and trust us, you don’t want to miss these. Whether you’re into hikes, runs, or just getting stronger, there’s something for everyone to level up their routine.  

What Makes Splits So Effective? 

Split training is all about structuring your workouts to train specific muscle groups on different days. Not only does this keep things fresh, but it also ensures you’re building strength while allowing muscles the recovery they deserve. Unsure how these classes differ from Peloton’s regular strength classes? Check out this article for some helpful information. 

Whether you’re just starting or looking to improve your training consistency, these split programs are your new go-to options. Peloton instructors encourage members to repeat these programs for multiple weeks, adding weights as you can, to really progress towards whatever your personal strength goals are. First Ever Split + Hike with Rebecca 

Get ready to experience an all-new way to explore your strength and endurance. Rebecca is taking you on a combination of strength training and hiking that will leave you feeling challenged and accomplished. Never tried a split and hike before? You’re in for a treat!

3-Day Intermediate Split with Jess Sims – Her First Split!

Three days of structured, intermediate-level strength training led by Jess Sims? Yes, please! Expect impactful workouts in a program designed to build your consistency and strength one day at a time. Jess is back from injury recovery and is ready to talk to members on her IG about preparing for this fantastic work.

4-Day Intermediate Split with Ben Alldis 

For those ready to commit to an extra day of sweat this week, Ben is bringing the heat with a four-day split. Cover all the essentials of strength training, broken down across four focused sessions. If you liked his 3-Day Split or his Stronger You programming, you’ll love what he’s cooked up here!
