NBA Season Finale Run: Don’t Miss This Week’s Highlights!

This week at Peloton is all about the Peloton NBA Season Finale Run, featuring a special guest appearance by an NBA star. Whether you’re a basketball fan, a fitness enthusiast, or both (come on, why not?). Here’s the lowdown on what went down—and what’s coming up—this week at Peloton.

30 min NBA Season Finale Run Kirsten Ferguson. Let's get after today....I'll have a special guest! You're not going to want to miss this!

NBA Season Finale Run with Kirsten Ferguson is a “Slam Dunk!”

Talk about hitting a slam dunk! On Monday, March 31st, Kirsten Ferguson hosted a 30-minute NBA Season Finale Run class at 12pm ET/5pm BST, and it was as electrifying as a championship game buzzer-beater. Kirsten teased this class on her socials with the promise of a “special guest,” and boy, did she deliver!

Rudy Gay, the retired NBA star, joined Kirsten on the treadmill and on Instagram, sharing selfies in front of the Peloton Studios New York logo before class. Kirsten cranked up the pre-class hype with her signature energy, decked out in what looked like a custom purple jersey complete with her name in bling. Meanwhile, Rudy (like a true pro) brought his charm, humor, and sweat to the studio.

After the class, Rudy gave it a big thumbs up, although he admitted the treadmill “hills” were no joke. Kirsten, as always, had the perfect response, reminding us that life throws resistance at us, so we might as well train for it!

For anyone who couldn’t make it live, don’t worry—the NBA Season Finale Run is heading to the Peloton library soon. Trust us, you’re going to want to add this one to your schedule and see what all the hype is about. Will you rise to the occasion like a fourth-quarter hero?

“Resistance happens in life and so its better to not know like your not gonna know it in life so its better to train like that.”
