National Coming Out Day Classes Honor Pride in 3 Ways

Zacharias, Matty, and Johanna lead new Yoga, Walking, and Pilates classes celebrating what it means to be authentically you

National Coming Out Day classes announcement from Peloton with Zacharias, Matty, and Johanna

Peloton’s National Coming Out Day classes are now on demand, bringing three new Pride 365 classes from Zacharias Niedzwiecki, Matty Maggiacomo, and Johanna Ricouz. The lineup covers Yoga, Walking, and Pilates, and all three became available Sunday, October 11, at 12 AM ET (5 AM BST).

Peloton announced the National Coming Out Day classes ahead of the weekend, inviting members to join Zacharias, Matty, and Johanna “as we celebrate what it means to be authentically you.” National Coming Out Day is observed each year on October 11, and Peloton timed this release to land on the day itself.

The Full Lineup of National Coming Out Day Classes

Each class runs 20 or 30 minutes, so members can take one as a standalone workout or stack all three into a 70-minute session that moves from the mat to the treadmill and back.

• 30 min Pride 365 Slow Flow with Zacharias Niedzwiecki (Yoga) • 20 min Pride 365 Walk with Matty Maggiacomo (Walking) • 20 min Pride 365 Pilates with Johanna Ricouz (Pilates)

Zacharias Niedzwiecki Leads a 30-Minute Slow Flow

Zacharias Niedzwiecki teaches the longest of the National Coming Out Day classes, a 30-minute Pride 365 Slow Flow in the Yoga category. The Slow Flow format offers a measured pace and a full half hour on the mat, a good fit for members who want a quieter way to mark the day.

Matty Maggiacomo Brings a 20-Minute Pride 365 Walk

Matty Maggiacomo leads the 20-minute Pride 365 Walk, adding to a year of Pride programming that already included his 30-day June Pride core series and his Pride Walk and Talk. For members who followed his Pride Month classes, the new walk carries that thread into October.

Johanna Ricouz Teaches 20-Minute Pride 365 Pilates

Johanna Ricouz rounds out the National Coming Out Day classes with a 20-minute Pride 365 Pilates class. In the Peloton app, the class sits in the Strength category and carries an Intermediate difficulty rating, which is helpful context for members newer to Pilates.

Where to Find More Pride 365 Classes

National Coming Out Day classes join the Peloton Pride collection of 264 classes

Members looking for more can browse Peloton’s Pride collection, which lists 264 classes under Cross Training as of publishing, with more than 50 instructors represented. The new additions bring Yoga, Walking, and Pilates options to a library that already spans multiple disciplines.

The Pride 365 name points to programming that is not limited to June, and this weekend’s releases show how Peloton carries it through the calendar. With short formats across three disciplines, members can mark the day in 20 minutes or build a full session from all three National Coming Out Day classes.
