Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners: 45 Min Boost at NYRR
Peloton’s Tread and Strength instructor leads a 45 minute session built for runners at the NYRR Run Center on Wednesday, October 7
Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners is coming to New York City on Wednesday, October 7, giving runners an in-person chance to train with the Peloton instructor at the NYRR Run Center. The 45 minute class, hosted by New York Road Runners, is built to improve running strength and stability. Tickets are $35 through Eventbrite.
The class follows Yoga Flow with Mariana Fernandez, the 45 minute yoga class that opened Peloton’s NYRR Run Center series on September 21. Where Fernandez’s session centered on yoga, Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners turns the focus to strength. Both classes are part of Peloton’s TCS New York City Marathon Weekend lineup, which brings Peloton instructors to the NYRR Run Center in the weeks leading up to marathon weekend.
Inside the Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners Class

The Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners class is a strength for sport workout that targets the glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Aldridge will guide participants through exercises tailored specifically for runners, with the goal of improving running performance.
The focus matches guidance other Peloton instructors have shared this year. Becs Gentry recently pointed to the glutes and hamstrings as the muscles behind every stride in her strength for runners tips. Strength for Runners classes also hold a regular spot in Peloton’s Pace Your Race Marathon program, where they appear alongside tempo, easy, and long runs.
Event Schedule at the NYRR Run Center
Aldridge’s Strength for Runners is a two-hour event at the NYRR RUNCENTER featuring the NB Run Hub, 320 West 57th Street, New York, NY 10019. Here is how the evening is structured:
• 5:30 PM: Check-in begins • 6:00 PM to 6:45 PM: 45 minute Strength for Runners class • 6:45 PM to 7:30 PM: Member Q&A and photos
NYRR asks attendees to arrive at least 10 minutes before class time to check in. The Q&A and photo session after the workout gives members time with Aldridge once class wraps.
What to Bring to Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners
Yoga mats are available to borrow, though NYRR encourages attendees to bring their own. Water and sanitary wipes will be provided. Towels are not, so pack one.
Tickets cost $35, and refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. To request reasonable accommodations or ask about accessibility at the NYRR Run Center, email [email protected].
Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners Fits His Catalog
Aldridge teaches both Tread and Strength classes on Peloton, so a runner-focused strength session sits squarely in his wheelhouse. He joined Peloton in 2021 as its first adaptive training consultant before becoming an instructor. His programming now spans the Adaptive Training collection, his Just Tabata signature series, and running classes.
The Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners session brings that mix of strength and running expertise to NYRR’s running community in person, just weeks before marathon weekend.
More Peloton NYC Marathon Events Ahead
Logan Aldridge Strength for Runners is one stop on a longer calendar. Peloton’s event hub lists a Peloton x NYRR Shakeout Run, described as an easy jog at party pace that finishes with food, drinks, and giveaways. It also lists a Marathon Day Cheer Zone with cowbells, sign-making supplies, snacks, and music.
Earlier Clip Out coverage placed the Shakeout Run on October 30, the Cheer Zone on November 1 in Greenpoint, and Medal Monday at Peloton Studios New York on November 2.
For runners in the final weeks of a marathon build, the October 7 class offers a structured strength session and direct time with a Peloton instructor at the NYRR Run Center. Peloton says it will add more events, so the calendar may grow before race day.
