Leanne’s Lead with the Light: New 6-Week Course
Leanne’s Lead with the Light Brings a Six-Week Return to Self
Peloton instructor Leanne Hainsby-Alldis is opening a waitlist for a new course and community built around six themes of coming back to yourself.
Leanne Hainsby-Alldis has described her upcoming six-week course, Lead with the Light, as something built for the person who holds everything together for everyone else. In her newsletter announcement on August 11, she wrote that it is meant for the woman who is always the one people call when things go wrong, who remembers everyone’s appointments, and who somehow still has enough left over to ask everyone else how they are doing, even after she quietly stopped being on her own list.
This special community is open for waitlist spots now at this site.
What Leanne’s Lead with the Light Covers
Each week of the course pairs a written lesson with a short video, practical action points, a workbook page, and voice notes and prompts shared inside a private community.
- Week One, Come Back to Your Body, focuses on interrupting self-judgment and building what Hainsby-Alldis calls an Evidence Sheet, a record making the case for your body rather than against it.
- Week Two, Clear the Clutter, works through guilt, comparison, and inherited stories using a Clutter Audit to separate what is actually yours to carry.
- Week Three, Redefine Strong, challenges conventional fitness-industry definitions of strength and introduces a practice called The Hold, a five-second pause before defaulting into people-pleasing.
- Week Four, The People Around You, marks the course’s halfway point and includes a live 60-minute Zoom session, recorded for anyone unable to attend, built around mapping relationships into Expanders, Neutrals, and Drainers.
- Week Five, Find Your Joy Again, centers on building a personal List of Joy.
- Week Six, Lead With the Light, closes the course, and gives participants the opportunity to complete an Integration Page naming who they are at the end of the six weeks.
The Story Behind the Course
Hainsby-Alldis has been open about the period of loss that shaped Lead with the Light. In 2022, she experienced a miscarriage, the sudden death of her best friend Danielle, and a breast cancer diagnosis within the span of four months, a journey she has spoken about publicly in the years since. More recently, she lost another close friend, Paul, less than six weeks before the birth of her son, Ace. The course is dedicated to both Danielle and Paul.
Hainsby-Alldis described Lead with the Light as a course built from lived experience rather than a polished formula, drawing on the years spent rebuilding her life while continuing to teach on the Peloton platform. That timeline lines up with her own return to a full teaching schedule this September, following months stepping back after Ace’s birth.
Pricing and Launch Date
The first cohort, called the founding cohort, opens September 28, which Hainsby-Alldis noted is also her birthday. Founding member pricing is set at £197 ($266), and Hainsby-Alldis said the group is being kept intentionally small so the community stays close. Course participants also join a private community called Yes to the Light for the duration of the six weeks, a space for members to share and connect with others going through the course at the same time.

Who Leanne’s Lead with the Light Is For
What is clear from her announcement is the intended audience. Lead with the Light is not being marketed as a fitness program. It is being framed as something closer to a reset for women who spend their time managing everyone else’s needs first, and who have been through a significant loss, health scare, or life transition of their own. And who hasn’t been there at one time or another?
