Rare Kirsten Ferguson Peloton Hike: Her 4th Live 60-Min Class

The Fourth Hourlong Kirsten Ferguson Peloton Hike Lands June 1

The 60-minute hike format has aired only six times since launching in 2024, and Ferguson has led more of them than any other instructor.

The Kirsten Ferguson Peloton hike is back on the live schedule. On Monday, June 1 at 12:00 PM ET, Ferguson steps onto the Tread for a 60-minute hike, her fourth time teaching the class since the format launched in mid-2024.

The 60-minute hike is one of the rarest class types on Peloton’s live schedule. Only six have aired since the format debuted, spread across four instructors. Ferguson has led more of them than anyone else.

What Sets the Kirsten Ferguson Peloton Hike Apart

The hike format puts members on the Tread at an incline for a sustained, lower-intensity walk. At 60 minutes, it demands a different kind of focus than a standard 20- or 30-minute walking class. Ferguson’s approach to longer sessions has built a loyal following, primarily through her Intention Setting Walk series, a format that blends walking with affirmations and mental focus cues.

That connection between walking and mental well-being runs through much of Ferguson’s work on the platform. A recent Peloton social media post focusing on Mental Health Awareness Month features a member crediting Ferguson’s intention setting walks as instrumental during personally difficult times. Ferguson has spoken about that directly in past interviews, describing intentional movement as a daily personal practice and walking as a meaningful form of self-care. “On purpose with purpose” is one of the most motivating things that members hear (in this walker’s opinion).

Every 60-Minute Peloton Hike on the Live Schedule

Since the format launched in summer 2024, only six 60-minute hikes have aired:

  • Rebecca Kennedy, Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 9:00 AM ET
  • Kirsten Ferguson, Monday, September 9, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET
  • Jess King, Sunday, November 3, 2024 at 12:00 PM ET

  • Matty Maggiacomo, Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET
  • Kirsten Ferguson, Monday, June 30, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET

How to Join the June 1 Kirsten Ferguson Peloton Hike

The class goes live Monday, June 1 at 12:00 PM ET on the Peloton Tread or through the app on any treadmill — or listen outdoors on your favorite elevated walk.

For members already familiar with Ferguson’s Intention Setting Walks, the 60-minute hike offers a similar experience at greater length: sustained incline work, deliberate pacing, and coaching that keeps mental focus as present as physical effort. For anyone new to the format, it is one of the more accessible entry points into what the Peloton Tread walking library offers at its best.
