The Running And Walking Coach Marks Five Years With A New 59-Class Collection

Peloton is marking five years of Kirsten Ferguson with a new on-demand collection, and the Kirsten Ferguson Greatest Hits release gathers 59 of her most popular running, walking, and bootcamp classes into one place. The timing lines up exactly, since Ferguson’s first class on the Peloton Tread, a 20 minute Premiere Run, aired on August 30, 2021 at 7:30 PM, making today her actual five year mark.

Kirsten Ferguson Greatest Hits Collection Breaks Down By Category

The collection lives in Peloton’s Cross Training library and organizes Ferguson’s history into six sections: Greatest of All Time, Top Artist Series, Top Runs, Intention Setting Walks, Top Walking Bootcamps, and Top Walks.

The collection sits inside Peloton’s broader Cross Training category, a section built for members who move across formats rather than sticking to one class type, which fits Ferguson’s catalog of runs, walks, bootcamps, and stretching sessions.

Selections range from a five minute cool down walk recorded in May 2023 to a 30 minute Beyoncé themed Artist Series run from October 2021, one of the earliest classes in her library. Longer formats are represented too, including a walking bootcamp filmed in December 2025 and a 10 minute post run stretch from January 2023.

Peloton also marked the occasion on Instagram, sharing a reel that celebrates Ferguson’s energy, humor, and consistency over the past five years.

Ferguson marked the day herself too, sharing a throwback to that premiere class on her own Instagram Story, captioning the side by side photos “My first class!”

Ferguson also acknowledged the milestone live on the Peloton Tread, marking five years during a regularly scheduled 60 minute Walk + Run class on Sunday, August 16, two weeks ahead of her actual August 30 anniversary date.

From NFL Marketing To Peloton’s Running And Walking Library

Before joining Peloton, Ferguson spent seven years working in the NFL, a background she has credited for shaping both her discipline and her coaching style. She debuted on the Peloton Tread in 2021 and has spent the years since building one of the platform’s most recognizable running and walking libraries, anchored by her Intention Setting Walk series, which pairs incline walking with affirmations and mental focus work.

That library now extends into structured programming as well. Ferguson co-leads Call Yourself a Runner, a three-week program built for members who are new to running or returning after time away, and the program recently expanded into German and Spanish alongside her fellow instructors Joslyn Thompson Rule, Andy Speer, and Katie Wang.

Ferguson’s following extends beyond the app too, organized loosely around her Kween K Klique community, a group of members who track her class schedule and show up together for

Five Years In, Ferguson’s Momentum Keeps Building

The Kirsten Ferguson Greatest Hits collection lands during one of Ferguson’s busiest stretches on the platform. She set a personal record at the United Airlines NYC Half Marathon in March, confirmed she will run the 2026 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 11, and returned this year as host of the Business of Women’s Sports Summit in New York, sharing the stage with sports figures including Sue Bird, Swin Cash, and Allyson Felix.

Combined with a running and walking library that now spans a 59-class retrospective, this Peloton anniversary lands at a moment when Ferguson’s visibility both inside and outside the studio has never been higher.

With the Kirsten Ferguson Greatest Hits collection now part of her library, Ferguson’s next chapter looks less like a wrap-up and more like a continuation, another marathon on the calendar, another Artist Series class waiting to be filmed, and a Peloton anniversary that members are already treating as just the beginning, with plenty more class premieres and races still to come.
