Kirsten Ferguson Book with 2 Daughters Celebrates Girls’ Confidence
Kirsten Ferguson Book Brings Affirmations to the Page
Kirsten Ferguson has a new title to add to her résumé: author. Her new book, “From A to Z: This Is Me! An Empowering Alphabet for Young Girls,” is a picture book she co-wrote with her daughters, Eden and Emery, and it pairs each letter of the alphabet with an affirmation aimed at young girls.

Ferguson announced the release on Instagram with a short video captioned, “This is our why. We hope you love this book as much as we do!” Fellow Peloton instructors including Robin Arzon, Selena Samuela, Tunde Oyeneyin, and Joslyn Thompson Rule left early comments on the post, along with members who said the message felt relevant well beyond its intended age range.
Kirsten Ferguson Book Details and How to Preorder
The book runs from “A is for Amazing” to “Z is for Zig & Zag,” built entirely around messages meant to help girls trust their voices and believe in themselves. It’s listed for ages 3 to 8, filed under Mascot Books’ Self-Esteem and Confidence and Growing Up and Learning categories, and priced at $19.95. This new Kirsten Ferguson book is currently open for preorder directly through Mascot Books, with the publisher describing it as suited for bedtime, classroom reading, or daily encouragement.
The Same Affirmations She Brings to the Tread
The format will feel familiar to anyone who has taken one of Ferguson’s classes. Her Intention Setting Sunday series built a following specifically around affirmations, and members have said as much directly. One listener described her 45-minute Gospel Walk this way: “Her affirmations during the class are so uplifting and her revelations about her injury really hit home.”
That same throughline carried into this year’s outdoor edition of the Intention Setting Walks, which Ferguson has now released every summer since 2024. Whether she’s coaching through headphones or writing for a much younger audience, the approach hasn’t changed: affirming language as a daily practice, not a one-time pep talk.
For Peloton members who have leaned on Ferguson’s classes during hard stretches, a Kirsten Ferguson book project like this extends a familiar voice into a new format, one built for the next generation rather than the next workout.
