Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits Plus Her 5 Best Picks
Peloton marks five years of Joslyn with 60 classes across walking, running, strength, and Artist Series content, while Joslyn reveals the five picks closest to her heart
The Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits collection is now available on Peloton, gathering 60 of her signature classes to celebrate her 5 year peloversary. Listed in the app as Joslyn’s Greatest Hits, the Cross Training collection spans walking, running, strength, stretching, Tread Bootcamp, and Outdoor content.
Joslyn marked the milestone on Instagram with a reel counting down her five favorite classes and programs, closing with a message to members: “Thank you for five incredible years.” Her personal list tells a different story than the collection, and both are worth a look.

Inside the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits Collection
Peloton describes the collection as a celebration of five years of Joslyn, built from her signature classes and ranging from bootcamps to Artist Series. The 60 classes are organized into six categories of 10:
• Greatest of All Time
• Top Outdoor
• Top Strength
• Top Runs & Walks
• Top Bootcamps
• Top Artist Series

The Greatest of All Time category sets the tone for the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits lineup. It pairs short recovery work, such as the 5 min Cool Down Walk and the 10 min Amy Winehouse Post-Run Stretch, with the 10 min Britney Spears Core Strength class, the 20 min Motown Walk, and the 30 min Whitney Houston Walk.
The Top Artist Series category gives the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits collection its music-driven side. Highlights include the 20 min Lizzo Run, 30 min Chaka Khan Walk, 30 min Cowboy Carter Walk, 20 min Sia Upper Body Strength, 20 min Zara Larsson Full Body Strength, and 30 min Janet Jackson Bootcamp.

Members focused on lifting will find 5, 10, and 20 minute classes in the Top Strength category, including a 20 min Full Body Strength: Menopause class. Walking runs throughout the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits collection as well, from a 30 min Weighted Vest Walk to a 10 min Extra Steps Walk built around roughly 1,500 steps and a 10 min 6% Hike.

Joslyn’s 5 Favorite Peloton Classes
In her 5 year peloversary reel, Joslyn named five favorites. None of them appear among the 60 classes in the collection, which makes her list a useful companion to the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits lineup.
1. 60 min HYROX Training Run

Joslyn’s top pick is the 60 min HYROX Training Run, which she calls her 60 minute intervals run. Peloton lists it as the longest run in its HYROX Training program. The Clip Out has covered Peloton’s HYROX partnership, including Joslyn’s own race in New York.
2. Move As One Walk + Run

The 30 min Move As One Walk + Run earned its spot for the finish. Joslyn ended the class sprinting on the Tread alongside Alex Toussaint, a moment she called a dream come true.
3. Jodeci Walk

Joslyn described her Jodeci Walk as a party for one. Whether members were there with her or not, she said, she was in her zone.
4. Discover Strength

Discover Strength was Joslyn’s first 6 week strength program. She called it her baby and said plainly that she loved it.
5. The Bone Health Collection

Joslyn closed her list with the Bone Health collection, the set of classes she leads focused on skeletal health. The Clip Out covered how it fits alongside Peloton’s expanded Menopause Health Collection.
How to Use the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits Collection
Every class in the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits collection runs 30 minutes or less, except the 45 min 80s vs 90s Walk. That makes it simple to stack a walk with a core or stretch class, or to take one of the 30 min Tread Bootcamp classes on a day that calls for cardio and strength together.
Members who want more structure beyond the Joslyn Thompson Rule Greatest Hits collection can follow the unofficial strength programs Joslyn has built from her existing classes, or her Summer Strength Recess plans.
Five years in, the collection shows the range of Joslyn’s Peloton catalog, while her own list points to the work she values most: race training, a shared finish with a fellow instructor, a solo party walk, her first program, and bone health. Members marking her 5 year peloversary have two clear places to start.
