Inside the Summer Strength Recess Programs
Thompson Rule built the programs from her own back catalog of Peloton strength and stretch classes rather than releasing new content, and she is upfront that they are unofficial, meaning members build them themselves inside the app rather than following a packaged Peloton Program.

All In (4 Day)
The first option, All In, is a four day full body split for members who have set aside real time this summer to focus on strength, with a rest day built in as a stated priority.
- Day 1: 30 Min Full Body Strength (Jan. 19, 2026)
- Day 2: 20 Min Upper Body Strength (Mar. 16, 2026)
- Day 3: 30 Min Full Body Strength (Aug. 11, 2025)
- Day 4: 20 Min Core Strength (Jan. 27, 2025) plus 20 Min Full Body Stretch (July 4, 2025)
Sample spread: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday.
Fine Tune (3 Day)
The second, Fine Tune, is a three day program leaning on single side work that Thompson Rule describes as a good reset to come back stronger before starting another strength program.
- Day 1: 30 Min Full Body Strength (July 1, 2025)
- Day 2: 20 Min Core Strength (Jan. 27, 2025) plus 20 Min Full Body Stretch (July 4, 2025)
- Day 3: 20 Min Full Body Strength (June 1, 2026)
Sample spread: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday.
No Equipment Necessary (3 Day)
The third, No Equipment Necessary, is a three day bodyweight option for members who are traveling or do not have access to equipment, with an emphasis on single leg work she says is useful for runners.
- Day 1: 20 Min Bodyweight Strength (June 3, 2025)
- Day 2: 10 Min Core Strength (Feb. 22, 2026) plus 20 Min Full Body Stretch (July 4, 2025)
- Day 3: 20 Min Bodyweight Strength (Mar. 30, 2026)
Sample spread: Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

How to Find the Summer Strength Recess Classes
To find the classes, Thompson Rule tells members to filter by her name plus strength or stretch and full body or upper body in the Peloton app, then return to workout history to repeat Summer Strength Recess later. The reel had racked up 140 likes and dozens of comments within a few hours, including members asking whether the programs will be added to Peloton’s Split Replay collection.
Unofficial instructor-curated splits like Summer Strength Recess keep giving members a reason to dig back through the Peloton class library instead of only chasing new releases, and it is worth watching whether Peloton folds any of these into an official Programs collection down the line.
