Jenn Sherman Toronto Tour: International Fun On Deck
Jenn Sherman Toronto Girls’ Night Out Will Get Real and Have You Home On Time
One re-introduction email started it all. Now the Dear FoundHer Tour with Sunny + Jenn comes to Leah Posluns Theatre on November 10 with Lindsay Pinchuk.

The Jenn Sherman Toronto stop on the Dear FoundHer Tour with Sunny + Jenn lands Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at the Leah Posluns Theatre. Dear FoundHer says Toronto fans did not just ask, they “begged,” and the tour is going international.

Jenn Sherman, the founder of The Back Nine Era and Peloton’s original cycling instructor, joins her best friend Pam Sunshine, known as Sunny, on stage. Dear FoundHer founder Lindsay Pinchuk moderates a conversation on how to navigate your post-40 pivots.
Jenn Sherman Toronto Event Details and Ticket Prices
The Jenn Sherman Toronto evening runs from 7:30 to 9:00 PM, with doors at 6:00 PM, so there is time to find a seat and settle in. The Leah Posluns Theatre sits on the Sherman Campus at 4588 Bathurst Street in Toronto. Tickets range from $70 to $120. Parking is free, all ages are welcome, and tickets are non-refundable.
A VIP experience adds a meet and greet, preferred seating, and a signature cocktail. The listing does not say which price points include VIP, so the ticket page is the place to confirm details before choosing a tier.
Dear FoundHer’s Instagram post offers a second route to Jenn Sherman Toronto tickets: comment TORONTO and the team sends the purchase link. The post also promises to have guests home and in bed by 9:30, which fits the 9:00 PM end time and keeps this a school-night-friendly girls’ night out.
What the Conversation Covers and Who Leads It
The theatre describes the evening as fun, candid, and inspiring. Topics include fashion and beauty, health and wellness, careers, parenting, perimenopause and menopause, and friendship. Dear FoundHer promises guests will laugh, cry, and see their cup “runneth over,” and says to bring friends or come solo, since the room will be full of friends by the end of the night.
Jenn and Pam are best friends of more than 40 years who built a devoted following after their candid friendship videos went viral on TikTok in their mid-50s. Pinchuk is the founder of Dear FoundHer, a podcast that grew into a movement for women business owners over 40. She built her first company, Bump Club and Beyond, from $500 into a seven-figure business before its acquisition.
How One Email Started Sunny + Jenn and Lindsay Pinchuk
Pinchuk traced the partnership behind the Jenn Sherman Toronto tour in a summer Instagram post, and it starts with a message to someone she had not spoken to in years. After selling Bump Club and Beyond, she wanted Sherman on her podcast but had no direct way to reach her. She wrote that Sherman’s classes had carried her through the hardest period of her professional life.
A friend spotted the name of a professional contact from Pinchuk’s Bump Club days, in Sherman’s Instagram bio as her representation. Pinchuk sent a re-introduction with a brief pitch. Within an hour, Sherman said yes.

According to Pinchuk, that first conversation made them “instant friends.” She began offering content suggestions, and when Sherman and Sunshine accidentally went viral on TikTok, she encouraged them to launch what became the Sunny + Jenn account. Sherman later asked her to be her manager, and Pinchuk now handles Sherman’s personal brand and books her speaking engagements.
The post says the two built a live event together that had sold out seven shows, with three organizations planning to bring it into their own events this fall. Pinchuk credits all of it to one re-introduction email, which gives the Jenn Sherman Toronto night a story behind it.
Related Jenn Sherman and Lindsay Pinchuk Appearances
Four days before the Toronto event, Sherman and Pinchuk appear together on Friday, November 6, at the JCC Mid-Westchester Women’s Health Summit in Scarsdale, New York. That appearance is separate from the Jenn Sherman Toronto stop and the tour, and Sunshine is not listed as a speaker there. Earlier Clip Out coverage of the tour dates detailed the April stops in Atlanta and Roslyn, New York.
