Benny Adami is a Canadian-born, German-language Peloton Cycling instructor who joined the platform in late 2021 as one of three new German-speaking instructors announced together, alongside Mila Lazar and Charlotte Weidenbach. His own bio describes him as “born in the gym,” and his classes have built a reputation for high-energy, unapologetically colorful presentation, confetti, glitter, bold fashion pulled from any department, and a music-first approach that has carried him through Artist Series rides for Barbra Streisand, Take That, Madonna, and Tina Turner. He also created the Dein Konzert Sing-Along Ride Collection and taught the first-ever English-language Schläger Ride, bringing the German pop-schlager genre to English-speaking members.

Outside the studio, Adami is a competitive HYROX athlete, training and racing alongside fellow instructors including Robin Arzón and Erik Jäger. In 2026, that pursuit hit a setback: in March, he withdrew from HYROX London Olympia 2026 to protect his long-term athletic health, and by April had shifted his sights to HYROX Berlin as his next target while working through the underlying injury. In May, he and Erik Jäger were covered together in a piece on listening to your body during competition, drawing on both instructors’ recent injury experiences.
