House Party Wellness Festival Welcomes Marcel Dinkins
Marcel Dinkins joins the House Party Wellness Festival lineup in Brooklyn

The House Party Wellness Festival is adding a Peloton instructor to its lineup this month, as Marcel Dinkins signs on to host a Brooklyn event built around movement, music and community. The festival takes place Sunday, September 20, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Socceroof in Sunset Park, Brooklyn.
The House Party Wellness Festival is presented by The Inner U Bootcamp and built around the tagline Music, Fitness and Culture. Organizers describe the day as part cookout, part workout and part family reunion, centered on Black wellness. Tickets start at $45 and are available now through Sweatpals.
Inside the House Party Wellness Festival lineup

Attendees can expect high-energy workout sessions led by NYC trainers, live musical performances, DJ sets, a deadlift competition with cash prizes, a recovery lounge, and food and beverage samples throughout the day. The event is co-hosted by The Inner U Bootcamp and fitness creator Zeus of QLF, with Dinkins serving as the official host and emcee.
Dinkins will be on the mic throughout the day, guiding attendees through a lineup organizers say is meant to sweat, dance, lift, recover and connect. The pairing tracks closely with how she has built her own platform. Known for bringing high energy and a come-as-you-are attitude to her classes, Dinkins fits a festival that describes itself in nearly identical terms: bold, unapologetic and rooted in showing up as your full self.
Who is Marcel Dinkins
Dinkins teaches Peloton’s Running and Walking classes, and brings a background in basketball, track and field and cross country, along with time in the Army, to her coaching style. Her classes lean on trap and pop-driven playlists, and The Clip Out recently covered her five-year Peloton milestone, marked with a 50-class “Greatest Hits” collection.
The House Party Wellness Festival booking is another example of a Peloton instructor extending her reach beyond the platform into in-person community events, a trend worth watching as more Peloton instructors look for ways to connect with members off the app entirely.
