The Halle Berry Peloton panel at Santa Monica Proper gave fans a candid look at how her approach to fitness has changed over the decades. The conversation took place during the Peloton Residency, Peloton’s weekend takeover of the hotel’s rooftop, where Robin Arzón sat down with Berry for a conversation on movement, wellness, and strength through every stage of life.

What Happened During the Halle Berry Peloton Panel

Arzón responded with a laugh, acknowledging the “little love” Berry still shows her bike. But the conversation quickly turned to what has changed. Berry said that as she has moved further down the path of life, staying active and lifting heavier has become more important than ever.

Pilates and Strength Take Priority Now

Berry now leans on Pilates as a lower impact option for her body and joints. At the same time, she said she is lifting heavier weights than at any other point in her life. “I have never would have thought I’d be really lifting weights at any stage of my life,” she said. “But I am, I am now.”

The exchange during the Halle Berry Peloton panel reflects a broader theme Peloton has leaned into with Berry through her ReSpin partnership: fitness that adapts rather than disappears with age. It also fits the wider goal of the Peloton Residency itself, which paired instructor led classes with candid conversation at a rooftop venue built around wellness.

For members watching their own routines shift, the Halle Berry Peloton panel offers a simple takeaway. Staying active does not mean staying static. It means adjusting the training, whatever that training looks like, to match where the body is now. The full exchange is available in Peloton’s highlight on Instagram.
