You Can Row
Now that rowing is on the app and available to all, Peloton has introduced their new program – You Can Row. This program has been added to the app and is perfect for those who are looking to switch up their workouts. Rowing is not only a great full-body workout but it is also low-impact, which is important for those who want to give their joints a break. The class is taught by all five of Peloton’s world-class rowing instructors and is designed for both beginners and experienced rowers. The program consists of 3 weeks of classes, 3 days a week, and varies in length from 15-30 min a day. The total number of classes included is 17.
Perfect Your Pace Targets
If you’re looking to get better at pacing yourself during a workout, then Perfect Your Pace Targets is the program for you. This program is designed to help you learn how to set and maintain the correct pace for your body. Whether you’re running, cycling, rowing, or doing any other type of cardio workout, pacing is key to getting the most out of your workout. This particular program is specific to Peloton Row and is taught by Alex Karwoski, Matt Wilpers, and Ash Pryor! It is designed to help you assess your current abilities and get more comfortable holding challenging paces on the Row. The program consists of 3 weeks of classes, 3 days a week, and varies in length from 15-20 min a day. The total number of classes included is 10.
A Self Care Retreat
In today’s busy world, taking care of yourself is more important than ever. That’s why Peloton has added their new program, A Self Care Retreat. This program is all about taking a break from your daily routine and focusing on your mental and emotional health. It includes meditation, yoga, and other classes that are designed to help you de-stress and relax. The classes are taught by Peloton’s expert wellness instructor Anna Greenberg. The classes are perfect for anyone who needs a break from the daily grind. The program consists of 1 week of classes, 6 days a week, and varies in length from 10-35 min a day. The total number of classes included is 8.
