CVV October Classes bring the fan favorite back to the Peloton schedule with six rides between Monday, October 19 and Sunday, October 25, 2026. The lineup includes two Power Zone Endurance rides, three Pro Cyclist training classes, and a Race Simulation.

CVV October Classes Open the Week

Monday, October 19 at 1:00 PM ET brings a live 45-minute Power Zone Endurance Classic Rock ride. It is the first of two Power Zone Endurance rides in the lineup, with the second arriving on Saturday.

Tuesday, October 20 at 8:30 PM ET follows with a live 45-minute Pro Cyclist: Speed Training ride, the first of three Pro Cyclist classes this week.

Two Live Rides on Thursday

Thursday, October 22 offers two live classes. At 11:45 AM ET, Christian leads a 60-minute Race Simulation: Montreal Circuit ride. At 3:00 PM ET, he returns for a 45-minute Pro Cyclist: HIIT Training ride.

Thursday is the only day with two of the CVV October Classes, which gives members a midday option and an afternoon option on the same day.

Weekend Rides Include a Two For One With Matt Wilpers

Saturday, October 24 at 7:00 AM ET features a 75-minute Two For One Power Zone Endurance Ride with Matt Wilpers. The pairing of pals has a storied history, including the Valentine’s Day ride covered earlier this year.

Sunday, October 25 at 8:00 AM ET closes out the CVV October Classes with a 45-minute Pro Cyclist: Threshold Training ride.

Recent Christian Vande Velde Activity

Beyond the CVV October Classes, Christian has been active this year. This summer, The Clip Out reported on a new 20-minute Warm Up Ride, the only class of its kind in the Peloton library. In March, he was announced as a special guest on a small-group Vibe Tours cycling trip in Tuscany.

His Real Routes series, which launched in October 2024, lets members ride famous routes from his professional career. No Real Routes classes appear in this week’s lineup, per se, although the Montreal Circuit likely refers to the famed F1 track there, so we’d wager it’s “Real-Routes-adjacent.”

What the Pro Cyclist Series Brings to the Schedule

The Pro Cyclist series draws on Christian’s background as a former professional road cyclist.

His results include a 2008 Team Time Trial victory at the Giro d’Italia, a 2011 Tour de France Team Time Trial win, and the 2012 USA Pro Cycling Challenge overall title. He is also an NBC cycling analyst and a founding team member of the Breakaway app.

Speed, HIIT, and threshold training each get a Pro Cyclist class this week. Alongside the Power Zone Endurance rides and the Montreal Circuit Race Simulation, the CVV October Classes cover five distinct training styles between October 19 and 25.
