What to Know About Countdown to Turkey Burn Week 1

  • Opt into the Challenge: the challenge is only open from November 2 – 25 and requires completion of 18 classes to earn Gold (the only tier).
  • Check the graphics: Peloton’s posted graphic from November 1 indicates that classes in the Countdown to Turkey Burn Week 1 drop at 12pm, however, they are in the schedule at 6:30 AM ET for members to join in together, so this is likely a typo in the graphic. We assume these classes will drop at 12AM as usual.
  • With the exception of Ben Alldis’ class which is live from PSL, all Week 1 classes are Encores On Demand because PSNY is closed this week.

Countdown to Turkey Burn Week 1 Schedule

Of note for Week 1 is that PSNY is closed for live classes this week. The only live class from Countdown to Turkey Burn Week 1 will be with Ben Alldis.

Countdown to Turkey Burn Week 1 opens on Monday, Nov. 2, with strength. Andy Speer teaches the 30 minute Countdown to TB Full Body class, W1 D1.

Day 2 on Tuesday, Nov. 3, lets members choose their cardio. Kirsten Ferguson leads a 20 minute run, Ben Alldis teaches a 30 minute ride, and Ash Pryor leads a 20 minute row. All three are titled Countdown to TB, W1 D2, so members can pick the modality that fits their day.

Day 3 on Wednesday, Nov. 4, returns to strength with Zacharias Niedzwiecki’s 10 minute Countdown to TB Core class, W1 D3. It is the shortest class of the week.

Day 4 on Thursday, Nov. 5, brings Andy Speer back for a second 30 minute Full Body class, W1 D4.

Day 5 on Friday, Nov. 6, is another choose-your-cardio day with longer options. Kirsten Ferguson’s run grows to 30 minutes, up from 20 on Day 2. Robin Arzon teaches a 45 minute ride, the longest of the three, and Ash Pryor returns with a 20 minute row.

Day 6 on Saturday, Nov. 7, is billed as a chance to go long with a Scenic class. Peloton lists three options, all at 10:00 AM ET: a 45 minute Lake Tahoe Run, a 45 minute Chicago Lakefront Trail Ride, and a 30 minute Bowman Lake Row.

With strength on Days 1, 3, and 4, cardio choices on Days 2 and 5, and Scenic options on Day 6, Countdown to Turkey Burn Week 1 gives members a clear weekly rhythm to plan around, whether they train on the Tread, Bike, or Row.
