Matty Maggiacomo’s Core Everyday in May is Here!
Matty Maggiacomo, one of Peloton’s core strength specialists, is launching the Core Everyday in May Challenge, a 31-day commitment to daily core work. The initiative comes with a printable calendar and scorecard, giving members both a visual roadmap and a tracking tool to stay accountable throughout the month. Last week Matty asked on his socials for the community’s favorite core classes of all time – maybe he chose one of yours!
The Structure Behind Core Everyday in May
The calendar breaks May into 31 daily opportunities, each representing a chance to complete a core workout. The accompanying scorecard allows members to track completion, creating a visual record of their commitment. This gamification approach taps into the motivation that many Peloton members find in challenges and milestone tracking.

Why Daily Core Work Matters
Core strength underpins all fitness: cycling, running, strength training, yoga, and mobility work. By isolating core work for an entire month, Matty is helping members prioritize a foundational fitness component that often gets sidelined in favor of cardio or full-body strength routines.
A Varied Class List
If you think this is only going to be core mat classes, you might be surprised! He also included some barre, some standing core and some yoga conditioning core. Instructors include Emma Lovewell, Logan Aldridge, Jermain Johnson, Kirra Michel, Hannah Corbin and more. There is most certainly something for everyone. Here is a peak to get you started on week one:

How to Participate in Core Everyday in May
Members can access the Core Everyday in May calendar and scorecard on Matty’s instagram page. The challenge is designed to work alongside any existing Peloton routine, encouraging members to add a core-focused class or segment to their daily workouts throughout May.
