With a month of Asian and Pacific Heritage Month classes ahead, what better way to start the celebration than with the man of the month (because of his book release) in his favorite musical genre. Enjoy Sam’s APIHM Rock Ride on 5/1.

May is also Mental Health Awareness Month
Who better than Kirra to start us off for MHM? Settle in for a calming Restorative class with her on 5/1. New to this type of yoga? It’s all about giving yourself the support you need. As Kristin McGee says (paraphrasing), if you don’t have five minutes, you probably need an hour. So maybe this 45 minutes of Restorative is just what you need.
Cinco De Mayo Brings Several Themed Classes Ahead – 4/27 and 5/3
This week we will see Camila bringing two themed rides, Fiesta Latina on 4/27 and Meringue on 5/3; as well as Hannah C and Mariana joining the fun on 5/3 with a Latin Ride and a Bachata Yoga Flow. Sounds like we are getting our dancing in ahead of 5/5!

Got an Hour? Join Rebecca for 60 Minutes on the Mat in Pilates 5/3
RK is back with her second hour-long Pilates class, and it’s only the fourth on the platform (Mila has two in the library as well). Get into all of the moves with her mindful approach. Give it a shot on Sunday!

Ally Has a Boss Ride 5/3 (No, It’s Not Bruce)
Get ready to find your “boss” energy again, because Ally is back with another edition of her signature theme on 5/3, the first since February of this year. Will you work hard? Yes. Will you feel great after? Yes.

Commemoration Month
In addition to being Mental Health Awareness Month and Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, May is also Jewish American Heritage Month which will feature with a live class scheduled with Jenn on May 17 and likely a couple more OD classes dropped mid-month.
