Catch Callie Gullickson Live at PSNY in June 2026
Callie Gullickson Returns to Live Classes at PSNY After Welcoming Baby Codie
Callie Gullickson is (almost!) back. The Peloton Strength and Cardio instructor is visible on the live schedule at Peloton Studios New York, following her maternity leave after welcoming daughter Codie Jean Howell in February 2026.
Gullickson, 32, and husband Chris Howell welcomed Codie on February 9, according to an exclusive report in People magazine. The couple, who are also parents to son Cash, then 22 months, shared that the arrival of their second child brought both joy and a hard-won sense of calm. “We’re equal parts overjoyed and exhausted, but honestly, this time around we’re feeling more calm,” Gullickson told People. “Becoming parents again has reminded us how much confidence comes with experience.”

Her return to live PSNY classes marks a meaningful milestone for members who have missed her strength programming since she stepped away. She recently teased her return in an IG carousel of “Things She Does To Fill Her Cup (As A Working Mom of 2)” — her pivot to help her travel for work was noted two weeks ago, so perhaps she’s already filmed some new content for her teaching.

A Family of Four, Plus a Golden Retriever Charly
Codie Jean Howell arrived weighing 8 lbs., 3 oz. and measuring 21 inches. Her name fits right into the family’s tradition: everyone in the Gullickson-Howell household, including their golden retriever Charly, goes by a name starting with C. Codie’s middle name, Jean, is a tribute to Gullickson’s late grandmother.
“Her middle name, Jean, is especially meaningful. It comes from my sweet grandmother, who isn’t with us anymore, and it feels really special to honor her and carry a piece of her love forward with our daughter,” Gullickson told People.
Son Cash has taken to big brother life with curiosity and pride. “He’s curious, gentle, and so proud! It’s been really special watching his world grow and seeing him adapt to his big brother role,” she shared.
As a first-time girl mom, Gullickson says she is looking forward to watching her daughter grow into whoever she is meant to be. “Between the bond, the little moments and the traditions we’ll create, there’s something really special about the idea of raising a strong, kind and confident girl,” she told People.
Callie Gullickson On Asking for Help and Building a Village
During her maternity leave, Gullickson appeared in a Stroller Talks segment with Perelel Health, a sponsored video series focused on the unfiltered realities of early motherhood. Asked what she had not yet said out loud about the experience, her answer was direct.
“I need help,” she said. “The first time around I was so like, I can do it myself. Even if you can do it yourself, it doesn’t mean that it’s not overwhelming. I’m ridding the guilt and I am calling upon my village to truly help me out.”
Her conversation partner in the segment reflected a similar truth: no amount of books or podcasts fully prepares a person for what it actually feels like in the moment. “Some days you feel like a superhero and some days you feel like a failure,” her co-participant noted. “It’s just learning how to let that go and not put the pressure on yourself.”
Gullickson also spoke to how motherhood has sharpened her sense of resilience. “I can confidently say I am resilient and I think this journey has made me much more resilient than I ever realized,” she said.
The Callie Gullickson Return Members Have Been Waiting For
This is not the first time Gullickson has navigated balancing family life with her role at Peloton. After welcoming Cash, she made the decision to relocate to Florida and commute to PSNY monthly for live filming, as The Clip Out reported at the time. That arrangement reflects a broader shift in how Peloton has supported instructors through major life events, something Gullickson has spoken about openly.
“It was so comforting to see other Peloton coaches come back to work after welcoming their own little ones,” she told People. “If they can do it, I can do it too.”
Members looking to get back into her programming ahead of the live classes can explore her existing strength library on the Peloton app, including her signature Soundtrack Strength collection.
