Benny Adami Playlists Drop 48 Hours Before Classes on Spotify
Benny Adami Playlists Reveal Class Songs 48 Hours Early
The Peloton instructor will post his class songs on Spotify two days ahead, and members can still choose to be surprised.
Benny Adami playlists are now available on Spotify ahead of his classes, and the Peloton instructor says he will share them 48 hours in advance from now on. He made the change after noting that the topic of music keeps coming up online, including from members who skip live classes because they do not know the songs.

The plan for the Benny Adami playlists appeared in an Instagram post on November 2, 2026 that opens by saying he takes member feedback seriously. His stated goal is getting more people into live classes, because he believes members who show up live are more likely to stay with their fitness journey and become part of the community. He also referenced an earlier Reel on the topic in which he said members can trust instructors, and said he still believes that. If previewing the songs helps some members, he wrote, there is no reason not to make it possible.
(Honestly, he is too kind, in this writer’s opinion! People seemed pretty salty about this topic on Reddit, and the fact that he’s going to these lengths to bring people in is really amazing.)
Benny Adami Playlists Move to a 48-Hour Schedule
Benny said the link would go in the comments of that post and asked members to follow him on Spotify. He left the choice with each member: stay surprised, preview the songs to build excitement for class, or revisit a playlist they loved. He put it simply: “Totally up to you!”

The Benny Adami playlists on his Spotify profile number six, each tied to a class and labeled with its date. As of this writing, the most recent is an 80s Ride dated Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026, and Benny noted that members can already check out tomorrow’s playlist. Earlier entries include a Low Impact Ride (Oct. 31), a Harry Styles Ride (Oct. 29), an Intervals & Arms Ride (Oct. 20), a Recovery Ride (Oct. 17), and a Disco Ride (Aug. 21).
Music Has Been a Recurring Thread for Benny Adami
Embrace of music is familiar ground for Benny on The Clip Out. His Dein Konzert Sing-Along Ride Collection arrived in the Peloton library in April. In May, he and Camila Ramón adapted a Tread playlist for Peloton Bike. His recent ABBA Sing Along Ride went live from London in September.
The Benny Adami playlists extend that focus on music to his regular classes. For members who skip live classes over unfamiliar songs, the 48-hour window offers a clear answer, and it leaves the surprise intact for those who prefer it. Benny framed the next step as a simple one: follow him on Spotify, and don’t forget the confetti!
