Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates Program Arrives Aug. 21
The Row instructor debuts a two-week program built around Pilates fundamentals starting August 21.

Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates is coming to the Peloton platform on August 21. Peloton confirmed the two-week program in its latest “Workouts to Watch” email, marking Ash Pryor’s first Pilates release since joining the instructor roster as a Row specialist in 2022.
Inside Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates
Peloton described the program directly in its member email: “You love Ash on the Row. Now meet her on the mat for a 2-week program designed to build confidence in Pilates fundamentals through movement that feels natural, connected, and rewarding.” The framing positions Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates as an entry point for members who already know her from the rower but haven’t tried her in a new modality.
Peloton has not released a class-by-class schedule, format breakdown, or on-demand library details for the program as of publication. What’s confirmed for Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates is the start date, the two-week length, and the beginner-focused framing built around fundamentals rather than advanced technique, despite the program’s name.
A Pilates Certification Years in the Making
This launch closes out a storyline The Clip Out has tracked for nearly a year. Robin Arzon first hinted at Ash Pryor’s move into Pilates during a live class in October, a moment that was edited out of the on-demand version. Ash later completed her Pilates certification, news she shared during an appearance on the Hurdle podcast.
The certification also came up during Ash Pryor’s recovery and return from knee surgery earlier this year. Her background in Pilates, with its emphasis on joint stability and controlled movement, lined up naturally with the rehab work she was doing at the time, even as she returned to teaching Row classes exclusively.
Pilates Momentum Building Across Peloton
Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates arrives at a moment when Pilates is one of the faster-growing categories on the platform. Peloton’s Q4 FY2026 earnings call disclosed that Pilates engagement climbed 54% year-over-year, growth the company said predates its Skōp acquisition, a Connected Pilates company Peloton officially closed on this summer.
That growth has coincided with a broader expansion of Peloton’s Pilates roster. Johanna Ricouz and Greta Dopp both added Pilates to their class lineups earlier this year, and Anna Greenberg’s Prenatal Pilates series gave the category its first program built specifically for expecting members. Ash Pryor Advanced Beginner Pilates extends that build-out to an instructor with an established following from another modality entirely.
Peloton has not said whether this program is a one-time release or the start of a regular Pilates rotation for Ash. Given how long the community has anticipated this move, and how much weight Peloton has put behind Pilates as a standalone category, a two-week debut looks more like a starting point than a finish line.
