4 Weeks of Robin’s Yellow Challenge

For four weeks, Robin Arzon brought members together through Robin’s Yellow Challenge — a structured, badge-backed commitment built around her signature yellow signal. The challenge ran May 18 through June 14 and asked members to complete eight high-intensity rides and runs across four weeks. Commitment, consistency, and courage were the three pillars Arzon identified as carrying members through each week.

Every double-yellow badge earned along the way served as a reminder, in Arzon’s words, that members are “capable of more than you think.” But she was equally clear about what comes next. “Transformation doesn’t end when the challenge does,” she wrote on Instagram. “This is when it starts.”

Your Day One Ride on June 11: What to Know

The upcoming Your Day One Ride is a 45-minute Cycling class with Robin Arzon, live on Thursday, June 11 at 12:30 PM ET (5:30 PM BST for UK members). The class is live on the Peloton platform now and available to book.

The Your Day One collection on Peloton already holds 8 rides spanning 2024 through 2025, making this the latest addition to a growing library built around Robin Arzon’s fresh-start philosophy. Members can explore the full collection on the Peloton platform ahead of the live class.

Your Starting Line

Robin Arzon framed June 11 not as a return to routine, but as a genuine starting point. “Your next chapter. Your next level. Your Day One,” she wrote. Whether you finished every class of Robin’s Yellow Challenge or are stepping back onto the Bike after time away, the Your Day One Ride is built for that exact moment.
