Chelsea Jackson Roberts is bringing a familiar face onto the mat for her next session. Ally Love joins her for Vibe & Flow Feel Good, a new 30-minute Yoga/Meditation class filmed at Peloton Studios New York, Studio 2. The class will be live Sunday, August 16 at 9:30 AM ET / 6:30 AM PT.

What to Expect From Vibe & Flow Feel Good

Feel Good is one of Ally’s longest-running signatures, a collection of cycling classes built around upbeat, pop-heavy playlists that dates back to 2019. Vibe & Flow Feel Good marks the theme’s first move off the bike and into Yoga/Meditation, pairing Ally’s music sensibility with Chelsea’s approach to breath and movement.

The Vibe & Flow series launched in June 2025 with a Reggaeton-themed class and has since added Broadway, Thunder, and My Mixtape sessions to the lineup. Vibe & Flow Feel Good follows that same format, using music to set the pace and mood of the practice rather than playing in the background.

Ally has spent recent weeks talking about small, repeatable habits over big leaps, a theme she explored just last month on Instagram. Bringing that mindset into a Yoga/Meditation format alongside Chelsea gives members another entry point built around consistency instead of intensity. Count yourself in for the live class, or catch it On Demand once it hits the library.
