Pre-Ride Warm-Ups with Ally Love and Ben Alldis
Don’t skip the warm-up! It’s essential for gearing up those muscles for your main ride. Fans of 5-minute warm ups will be excited to see new classes from Ally Love and Ben Alldis, now available in the On Demand library. Get your heart rate up and your legs ready before you dive into your main ride!
Tag Team Row Bootcamp with Adrian & Emma Lovewell
It’s teamwork that makes the dream work with Tag Team Row Bootcamp. This Wednesday, April 17 at 6:00 AM (EST), Adrian welcomes Emma Lovewell to his Row studio neighborhood for a 20-minute Core Bootcamp that is sure to torch those abs and boost your day.
New FTP Warm-Up and Test with Christine
Are you ready to test your limits and mark your progress? Peloton has a new 15-minute FTP warm-up and a 20-minute FTP test with Christine, both ready for you in the On Demand library. These classes are perfect for measuring your performance and setting new personal benchmarks (and questioning your life choices and dripping sweat all over your floor–we better see the FTP test mentioned as an Unstackable next week!).
