  • 30-Minute Sweat Steady Ride with Jess King 

Low Impact, High Energy! Jess King will guide you through a steady-paced ride, perfect if you’re recovering from an injury or just want to groove to the beat of the music. Catch this class on Monday, April 28th, at 9:30 am ET / 2:30 pm BST.

  • Shadow Boxing Core – New Classes from Jermaine, Rad, and Selena 

Experience the brand new shadow boxing classes and pair them with core work for a killer combo! These classes will be available On Demand starting Tuesday, April 29th, at 12 am ET / 5 am BST.

  • 10-Minute Core with Robin 

Robin’s legendary abs are the bees knees so let’s learn how to incorporate foam rollers into our core workout with this focused class. Don’t miss it—available On Demand Wednesday, April 30th, from 12 am ET / 5 am BST.

  • 30-Minute Miranda Lambert Walk with Selena 

If you’re a fan of Miranda Lambert or just love a good walk, this class is for you! Selena is bringing the energy and your favorite tunes on Friday, May 2nd, starting On Demand at 12 am ET / 5 am BST.
