This Week Jeffrey Run Functional FitnessYou Can Run: 5K 

Thinking about running your first 5K or improving your form? Peloton’s newest Tread program has you covered! The “You Can Run” program is now available in English, Spanish, and German, making it accessible to runners around the globe. Find it under the “Programs” tab in the app or on your Tread device.
