Seated Strength and Cardio Adds 8 Effective Peloton Workouts
Peloton’s new Cross Training collection brings five instructors and eight chair-based classes across strength, cardio, and stretching

Seated Strength and Cardio is the newest Cross Training collection on Peloton, with eight classes that deliver strength, cardio, and stretching workouts entirely from a chair. All eight classes arrived in the on-demand library on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with five instructors leading the way: Logan Aldridge, Adrian Williams, Matty Maggiacomo, Camila Ramón, and Andy Speer.
Peloton frames the collection around movement made for each member, with effective, challenging sessions built for a seated position. Members choose the movements and modifications that work for them, so every class in Seated Strength and Cardio can be shaped around individual needs.
Inside the Seated Strength and Cardio Collection
The collection runs 110 minutes in total, with class lengths ranging from 5 to 20 minutes. Five classes fall under Strength, two under Cardio, and one under Stretching, giving members a full set of seated workouts in one place.

Because the lineup includes a warm up, strength and cardio sessions, and a stretch, members can build a complete workout inside Seated Strength and Cardio without leaving the chair.
Seated Strength Classes Anchor the Lineup
Strength makes up the largest share of the collection. Logan Aldridge opens with the 5 min Seated Strength Warm Up and follows with 10 min Seated Core Strength. Matty Maggiacomo narrows the focus in 10 min Seated Arms & Shoulders Strength, and his class thumbnail shows him working with dumbbells from the chair.
The two longest strength classes share a title. Camila Ramón and Andy Speer each lead a 20 min Seated Upper Body Strength class, so members can take the same format with two different coaches. Anyone who already follows Andy’s programming can dig deeper with our guide to Andy Speer Peloton strength classes.
Having two versions of the same upper body class also gives Seated Strength and Cardio built-in variety for members who like to repeat a format from week to week.
Cardio and Stretching in Seated Workouts
Two 20-minute classes cover cardio. Adrian Williams leads 20 min Seated Cardio, while Logan Aldridge raises the intensity in 20 min Seated HIIT Cardio. Both bring heart-rate work into the Seated Strength and Cardio collection alongside its strength sessions.
Adrian closes out the lineup with 5 min Seated Stretch, the only Stretching class in the collection. At five minutes, it pairs easily with any of the other seven seated workouts.
How Seated Strength and Cardio Expands Peloton’s Seated Training
Seated classes are not new to Peloton. Logan Aldridge joined the company in 2021 as its first adaptive training consultant, and his seated programming has long lived inside the Adaptive Training Collection.
Seated Strength and Cardio widens that footprint. Four more instructors from Peloton’s strength and cardio lineup now teach from a chair, and the classes sit in the Cross Training library as their own collection. Peloton also offers a guide to chair exercises on its blog for members who want more background on training from a seated position.
How to Start Seated Strength and Cardio
The collection is listed under Cross Training in Peloton’s Collections, with all eight classes available on demand. A simple starting session pairs the 5 min Seated Strength Warm Up, one 20-minute strength or cardio class, and the 5 min Seated Stretch for a 30-minute workout.
Members who want more time can add Logan’s 10 min Seated Core Strength or Matty’s 10 min Seated Arms & Shoulders Strength to reach 40 minutes of seated workouts.
Peloton has not announced a schedule for new additions, but collections can grow over time, and more classes could join Seated Strength and Cardio in the future. For now, five instructors teaching across Strength, Cardio, and Stretching place chair-based training firmly within Peloton’s everyday Cross Training library.
