Peloton instructor Sam Yo is bringing his debut book to London. The Sam Yo book celebration lands at Peloton Studios London on Sunday, August 23, with a fireside chat built around his new title, The Monk’s Mindset: Finding Stillness in a World That Won’t Stop Moving.

The event takes place in the PSL Foyer starting at 3:00 PM BST, following a 2:30 PM member check in. It marks Sam’s first London stop since a similar fireside chat at Peloton Studios New York in May, and it gives UK members a chance to hear directly from Sam ahead of the evening’s audience Q&A.

What to Expect at the Sam Yo Book Celebration

The evening opens with tea and a member check in at 2:30 PM, followed by the fireside chat at 3:00 PM with a special guest moderator. Sam will speak on finding stillness, purpose, and balance, themes drawn directly from his book. The evening also includes the Ripple Jar Practice, a shared reflection exercise on kindness and connection that guests can take part in throughout the event.

At 4:00 PM, the format shifts to a meet and greet, giving attendees time to mingle, enjoy refreshments, and take a photo with Sam. Every guest leaves with a signed copy of The Monk’s Mindset, included with admission.

Inside The Monk’s Mindset

The Monk’s Mindset: Finding Stillness in a World That Won’t Stop Moving, published by Blackstone Publishing, draws on Sam’s years as an ordained Buddhist monk, his training as a performer, and his experience coaching Peloton members through meditation, yoga, and mindfulness classes. The Peloton Studios London stop follows a run of tour appearances, including a Barnes & Noble signing in New York and stops detailed in Sam’s book tour coverage, where he described the events as part conversation, part mindfulness experience.

How to Reserve a Spot

Spots for the Peloton Studios London event are limited. Tickets can be reserved through the official Peloton event page, where guests can also add the fireside chat to their calendar. As with prior tour stops, admission includes a signed copy of the book, making the ticket the primary way to guarantee a copy at the event itself.

The London date adds another stop to a tour that has already carried Sam Yo from West End stages and a Thai monastery to Peloton Studios floors on two continents. For members who caught the PSNY chat in May, this is a chance to see how the conversation shifts with a new city and a new audience.
